I didn't follow the meal plan today either, but I didn't eat that badly anyway!

I ate a bowl of rice with some seaweed and an Yakult for breakfast. around 250 cal

an ice cream and watermelon for lunch. around 300cal

crackers as snack. around 250cal

and im having chicken with vegetables for dinner soon, so prob around 400cal



I injured my knee yesterday, so i tried dancing one song today, which hurt so bad that im now in bed elevating and icing my knee :(


so im not burning off as many calories as i should today:(
