I'm double update because I realized I'm at wrong. Sorry.

"Where are we going, your highness?" Lesley tries to grab her arm away from Saber's grip, but his force was too strong. In the end, she just clenched her jaws.

"The forest, Saber."

"What? You want me to fight all alone and you'll leave? Is it really you, scaredy cat duke? Do you really have shamed?! Ouch! Let go of my hand you freaking robot!" Lesley tries to kick him away, but fail.

"Please, beware of your manner, miss Vance. My master dislike rude people." Saber interfere, which makes Lesley slaps his robot arm. Saber stops, looks confuse.

"Don't touch me. Are you sure that the rude one here is me?! Hah!! This is the last time I will work under your command, duke Granger. I'm not your marionette. I dislike you, I might even throw up by looking at your face!" Lesley grabs her gun. Gusion adds some magic touch which could let her store it under her thigh and invisible. But, Lesley kinda used to store it like old style.

Granger pause his walk, chuckles like a crazy man.

"Hahaha. Wow, you just amazing miss Vance. I might consider you as a perfect candidate for my bride. Write that down, Saber." Saber nods before let out his pen. Lesley perplexed.

"What bullshit are you talking about? Bride? In your dream, fucker. Now, we have arrived. Step your lazy ass away, I'm going to shoot in once and for all mankind." Lesley add some special bullets inside.

"Pfft. Do you even know what demon are we talking about right now?" Granger laugh, which makes Lesley even irritates.

"What demon?"

"Shadow bringer." Granger licks his lips after he saw Lesley's face.

"You do know that I—"

"Where is all your confidence, miss Vance? Before, you looks like you can even defeat the empire, now you look like a scaredy kitten. Why? Afraid?" Granger mocks her.

Granger knows well about her most traumatic accident. The reason why her eyes will specifically change colour in full moon.

"How do you... Know that?" She gulped. That accident, is the most scariest memories she had in her life. Lesley vividly remember that specific shadow bringer she encountered 3 years ago.

Helcurt.

That kitty looking shadow bringer cursed her eyes!

"Well, that is not important miss Vance. Now, we need to go hunting." Granger walks slowly towards her, before touch her chin with his index finger. His intimidating eyes forbid any movement from Lesley.

Lesley sigh, before push his finger away.

"Whatever." She reloads her gun, before find a suitable place to stay. Saber and Granger enters the forest after give Lesley a specific device to communicate.

Lesley see through her scope. No sight of demon, yet. But still, the presence of the shadow bringer could be sense by Lesley. It's like... He's here, little by little.

Lesley gulp, as she could feel chills running through her spines. Something was wrong, really wrong.

"Granger..." Lesley called him using the device.

"Yes?"

"Can you, come back here? I don't feel safe. It's like—"

"Why? Are you scared?" Lesley nearly cursed when Granger was mocking her like dck!

"Can you please let your robot be here if you doesn't want to. I can feel—" The device was disrupt, and Lesley could not hear or talk anymore.

Though it's just in the evening, but the forest was so dark, like she could not see everything. But then, something cross her mind.

Shit. This make sense! That shadow bringer is here. Does that duke want me to get killed? I thought his skills are the best, yet he kept on mocking me! Shit!

Lesley cursed under her breath. From what she know, shadow bringer dislike sunlight, easier to say is morning. They have some supernatural power, that can turn the situation favorable to their own, as the shadow bringer is the predator.

Shit that duke. I'll never follow him after this, I would rather ran from the empire than stuck like a glue with him!

Lesley feel something behind her. She turned. Her eyes widened, she nearly fall down to the branches she was earlier.

That shadow bringer right in front of her. It's Helcurt! The same one who cursed her!

"Hahaha, scream my prey." He said with quite hoarse and creepy voice.

"You are the one who cursed me. Undo the spell! I warn you, kitty." Lesley points her gun to Helcurt, who seems quite amuse and laughing.

"Em, I see you are quite lively. I will not undo it, miss hunter." He let out his stinger. Lesley reverse her step. One wrong step and she will fall from the branches.

"I'm not miss hunter. I'm here for a mission. To kill you, once and for all." Lesley threatened him with his gun, but then her left eyes feel sting, pain. She groans.

"Well now, my curse is complete. Now, follow me." Lesley's gun drop, as she was busy holding her eyes. This pain is unbearable.

"What do you mean? What complete? Stop dilly dally with me!" Her eyes formed tears. Lesley removes her eye patch. Her eyes was blue and red.

"That cursed is a sign, that you'll be the bride of the abyss king, Thamuz." His white hair was shiny enough to make Lesley's eyes more pain. Shit shit!

"Urgh, what? That is nonsense you kitty. Forget it. This is all ridiculous! I— Ah!!!!!" Lesley fell down the tree.

But before she could touch the ground, she was bump into something hard.

"Gusion?! Why are you here? You are not— Hey! Do you hear me?" Gusion fainted, as his body was not reacting.

How Gusion is here? Does he follow me?

Lesley feel guilty. Then, she could sense the presences of Granger and Saber there. She sigh for once, as Helcurt might think twice to bother her.

"Miss Lesley?" Saber called for her, as he could detect her down emotion.

"Please, save him! I, I—"

"Well, miss Vance. Saber, carry him to the nearest doctor. Tch, pathetic." Granger grabs his gun and walk away, leaving Lesley behind, and Saber brought Gusion on his shoulder.

Lesley could only pray that Gusion will be okay. He will be okay.
