Rose push away her plate. She didn't want to eat anymore. The abyss style is definitely wasn't her style. Even the foods.

It is tasteless! They need to be introduce to salt!

"What's the matter, Rose?" Dagon asks. She definitely didn't enjoy her food well.

"I want food with salt, Dagon. Can I?" Rose whisper, as actually they are eating in front of the family.

Actually, the main things of the abyss are human. They dislike human even they drink their blood. But for angel, welp, they didn't care. Especially when they know that Rose are half-angel. Well, that counts.

The demon from abyss have nothing against the angel, but the angel really have resentment for them. Just, what the fuck, they didn't give a damn.

So yeah, Rose are partially hate for her human blood, but partially ignore for her angel blood. So confusing. But yeah, they didn't care even if Dagon married her, as long as he keep abyss safe.

"Yes, Your Majesty?" Rose look at the butler. He seems concern, and scared a bit as Dagon calling him.

"Find salt, please." The man nod, before left. Rose look at Dagon.

"Em, does salt is rare here?" She asks.

"Kinda. These foods are just temporary. The real one is blood." Dagon sips his bloody drink. Euw. That's why her drink is orange!

"Oh, I see." Rose nods. Now, she need to cook for herself, or else she will fall in the pit of tasteless!

Oh, one more things. Angel, who was captured because they were stubborn to keep attacking and else, they were imprisoned or work as labour. Drinking their blood? Euw. Such... Euw!!

Demons could faint if they ever drink angels blood. It's taste worse than ever. It's like eating old blue cheese, or blue cheese with worm dancing in it. Gross.

A few minutes later, the butler come with a jar of salt. So much salt.

Rose thanked him for it and sprinkled some salt on her steak. Ah, it taste better. She can eat it, finally!

Seeing Rose eating, Dagon smiles, as he continue to chew on his meals too. Some of his royal family saw that and smirk. Does the cold hearted man have changed?

After the meal, Rose was summoned to Dagon's room. Ah, the payment. At first, Rose was reluctant to do that but here, no one will judge you. Infidelity is nothing here. But, demon who caught doing sex with same gender will be punish, as in here, quantity is matter. Quality can be sharpen later.

Dagon already in there. He was wearing like robe— oh she didn't know. The technology here is much advance from her village.

"Have you taken your bath?" He asks. Rose shook her head.

"No. I just barely enter my room, then you called my here. What is it?" Rose asks.

"Help me in bath." Ah, Rose see where this is going. But yeah, it's a payment for the rest of her life. That's why you should reconsider when getting helped from a demon.

Rose nod, before undo her outer clothes.

"Come, I'll wash your back." Rose offer.

Actually, it become a hot session of Rose and Dagon, but let's just skip it.

Rose now was lying in the bed with Dagon, again after 3 rounds. She was fucking tired, but that demon seems fine. Like, only 0.01% stamina of his used in sex. Shit. What a mess here.

"Dagon, let's stop here. I'm tired." She covers her face. Dagon nod, understand.

"Sure."

A few moments of silent, Rose thought that she might fallen asleep but she can't. Her eyes were wide opened. She can't sleep. She turns around to Dagon.

"Dagon. What if... I got pregnant later? Will you tell me to abort it?" Rose asks a sudden question.

"No, why would I? Like I've explained to you. Quantity is matter here. As long as it have demons blood, it's fine." Dagon yawns.

"Will you leave me?"

Dagon clenched his jaws without answering.

"Dagon, look. I don't care what will you do to me. If you find a substitute as me, I will understand, even it hard. I will leave if you told me, but please, I beg you to let me stay. I don't have anyone, but you." Rose hugs Dagon tightly, as tears fall to her cheek. She cries.

Dagon didn't respond much, but he pat her to sleep. But, there is one thing he cared about her. Especially if she got pregnant, as she was a part of angels.

As a few months passed, Rose got pregnant with a healthy baby. Dagon guess it was a boy. They now legally married here.

Dagon can't keep his smile anymore. He was happy, but a part of him did not. He will lose Rose. He told her a few times before about the risk of her pregnancy, but she insist.

As for her reason, Dagon needs to ask her that. He called her to his chamber. Her cute belly was detectable from far.

"What is it, Dagon? Want to bully your wife by walking far again, eh?" Rose peacefully sat down.

"Rose why you keep the baby? I've told you the risk. But, it's not like I want you to abort it." Dagon become straight to the point.

Rose chuckles, as she smiles. Ah, how beautiful she is.

"Being a mother, even just for a while makes me happy, Dagon. I want to see my own child. Even if I die, I don't care. Just please, take care of him for me, eh?" Rose hug him. Dagon smile, weakly.

Yup. As angel, if they got married with non angel and pregnant, they will die after giving birth. Most cases like that. But for men... It's nothing much. Men can have human and angel wife as he got no effect from that. But pity their daughters. As a half angel, the chance might decrease by 50%. So yeah. Less pure blood of angel, the greater chance to survive in labour!

Dagon can just sigh. His wife is stubborn. But little did he knew about something that come later.
