Lesley walks to the wards, which Gusion was admitted. The ward only have two bed. What a lucky bastard to stay in this ward. It must cost a fortune. But well, Paxley are rich.

Gusion was having his lunch. He looks so handsome, as always. He put his spoon down, when he saw Lesley.

"Don't you know how to knock the door?" He asks, sarcastically.

"Gusion, please. Hear me out first." Lesley walks towards him. Gusion points his blade. Oh, he remember how to use it?

"I don't even trust you, lady."

"I'm your girlfriend, Gusion. We need to talk out. Please, don't treat me like I am a stranger." Lesley encourage herself to sit beside him.

"Euw. You? My girlfriend? Am I blind? You seem like an ordinary girl with stupid rifle. Now, you wear eyepatch? Why did you hide that ugly eyes of yours?" Ah, Lesley feels her heart was breaking into pieces.

Before this accident, she wear her eyepatch on her left eyes, which cover her beautiful blue eye and reveal her brown common eye. After her brown eye turn red, she covers her red eye, which on the right eye.

"Gusion, I'm pregnant." Lesley take out the fake test. Gusion look at her with a smirk, before claps his hands.

"Wow. Just wow. I don't even know you, now you insist that I have fucked you? Hah! Screw you, bitch. Don't ever come at me again! Get out, or I will call the guards! Just abort that damn child!" Gusion shoo her away.

With a weak smile, Lesley walks out of the wards. She doesn't care if people will stare at her, but she lay her back on the ward's door, crying.

Ah, shit. What should she do?

"Hey. Get up. We have mission to attend." Lesley look up to the voice. Ah, him again.

"I said that I don't—"

"You'll accompany me to some meeting. Saber are waiting in the carriage. Be grateful that I was considerate to you, more than everyone you know." The red eyed man, Granger talk, arrogantly. What a fuss.

Lesley wipes her tears before stand. She sigh, before nod and follow the death chanter away from the wards.

Well, goodbye Gusion Paxley.

"I thought that you just leave after I left you." Lesley swayed her hair, hot.

"You are still my subordinates, miss Vance."

"Urgh, again. Can you call me Lesley? I sorta hate to be called miss Vance." Lesley was annoyed.

"Haha, alright Lesley." Granger winks, which make Lesley even irritates.

"Urgh. Okay, what meeting are we going to now? Is it that important? Are you going to leave me afterwards again?" Lesley stare at her boots, waiting for response.

"Maybe." Granger answered her, which surprisingly makes Lesley sigh, and shut her mouth.

The situation become awkward, as Lesley soon remember about Thamuz, Gusion and this stupid guy.

Why did life was unfair to her? She met a lot of stupid things, encounter bad things in her life. Now, she's all alone.

The carriage then stop. Granger grabs his gun before points it to the carriage window. Ah, a bird. It's a messenger. Lesley takes the message from the feet. The birds chirp before fly away. Then, the carriage is moving again.

"I don't supposed to have letter. It must be you." Granger put his gun down. Lesley nod. She slowly open the letter. Ah, from her father.

My dear child, I'm sorry for this sudden letter. I was kidnapped by the unknown organization. I can't come back, for now. Take care of yourself honey. Oh, tell Harley that I will miss him too. Don't find me. But, if you insist... I might be near the south of Moniyan, which lead by the Duke Alucard.

- Sincerely, your father.

Lesley can't hold her tears anymore. She scream, which lead Saber to stop the carriage again and enter.

"What's wrong?" Saber looks confuse to see the magenta haired lady was crying out loud. Well, Granger was panicked too. He have never persuade women.

"Saber, what should we do?" Granger look at the mechanical robot. Saber shrug, which lead to Granger dismay. He pat his forehead lightly, before take a deep breath. Granger gives a sign to Saber to keep moving. He nod, before leave.

Granger sits beside the crying Lesley. She still holding the letter, which Granger grab it from her with force. He read it, ah...

"Lesley, calm down. Get yourself together." Granger tries to calm her down, but she seems to cry even more.

"Granger. I don't know... I don't know why life keeps dragging me down. Am I not worthy to live? Why everything keeps happened to me? My parents die, I was forced to marry a non human things, I was cursed, Gusion broke my heart, Harley left me. Why? Why! Now you always being a dick to me! Do you really want me to die?!" Lesley shout right into his ears, but Granger just remain silent.

He feel sorry for her. Yes, he admit that he's dick to every single mentee he had. But yeah. Whatever. Now, Granger don't know what to do. He just pat her shoulder. Ah, it should calms her.

Lesley sniffs. She was a bit ashamed to cry all out to Granger but it calms her down. She just let him to pat her shoulder.

"You know, Thamuz gives me a deal."

"....."

"He told me that he will leave me alone if I can find a husband within 2 weeks. I thought that Gusion will help me. But, I can't even convince him that we are lovers before. Now, my father has been kidnapped. Urgh, what can I do, alone?" Lesley sigh, before gaze outside the window. Granger thinks for a while.

"I can ask Alucard for help, if you want." Granger assured her, which somehow attract Lesley's attention.

"Really?"

"Sure thing. We probably meet him in the meeting." Granger pat her shoulder twice before going back to his old seat. Lesley can smile now, as she can't wait to meet Duke Alucard.

"But... What can I do with Thamuz's offer?" Lesley bite her lower lips, worried. She don't want to marry a fuxking lava man.

"Ah, what if you marry me?" Granger gives Lesley a proposal.
