Third person POV

THERE'S NO PLACE LIKE HOME, AT LEAST IN SNOW'S MIND, AND HIS HOME WAS Y/N.

The young looking boy always wanted to look cool or do cool things in front of the girl to get her attention. The whole village knew that. Y/n even knew that.

It took years of practice to finally capture a fish and cook it well, and the first one to congratulate him was Y/n.

The reason he even went to the lengths of fishing everyday was to surprise her with a home cooked meal.

He wanted to surprise her but it was ruined.

That day... Y/n got closer to the white haired boy and his wolf.

The townsfolk would smile and laugh at the two joyous kids who were always together.

Snow would always protest with Y/n, wanting to bring Joann to town with them. While Y/n would somehow manage to convince him that the wolf wasn't allowed in town.

The two were troublemakers without even realizing it. Whenever Y/n would accidentally set a piece of clothing on fire, Snow would follow in sync, thinking it was a game of sorts.

Then they both would get scolded. But it was worth it to Y/n and Snow, it meant they could spend more time together in the timeout corner.

Even as Y/n grew up, she always hung around the purple eyed boy, and he would do the same.

They both got most of their personality traits off one another, Y/n was outgoing and confident, while Snow was more apologetic and optimistic.

Soon, the boy realized how much he relied on her.
Without her... he was like a blank canvas.

When she went missing, the white haired optimist cried a lot, for five hours straight.

"Of course we'll be friends forever!" Y/n announced after the townsfolk had left, leaving only Y/n, Snow and Johann.

"You promise?" Snow whimpers, trying to calm his tears, wanting to look his best in front of his friend.

Y/n wraps her arms around Snow, giving him a bear hug, "Of course. We'll get through this together."

It was challenging.

The things they went through together were crazy, having to watch silently as their family left them alone in the Tundra.

They relied on each other for groundwork, but the foothold cracked when Y/n left.

She left and didn't return for a week.

A week without Y/n was a week without fresh air for Snow. It was painful, but he tried to stay positive for his family of two.

Y/n and Joann. They were his family.

It was laughable when Snow tried her cooking after so long, the boy almost started crying again. But Y/n chose not to laugh, feeling the same way as he felt.

She missed him so, so much.

All the girl wanted to do was stay with Snow, cook fish with him, meet up with their tribe again, eat fruit together, and live happily alongside each other.

Was it too much to ask for?

Yes, it was.

Living in the world they were in, it was way too much to ask for. Most of the time, Snow was happy but that's because of his naturally jolly nature.

If a normal person was in the Tundra without any family, they would go crazy and give up within two days.

Now Snow would never do that, not if he has Y/n cheering him on.

Y/n would always be grateful for his sunny aura, making the harsh environment they were residing in seem like a day at the park.

The sun would be a perfect word as to describe the boy. The boy always thought Y/n rubbed off on him, giving him the optimism she emmited. But that was wrong.

It was the other way around.

The friends would always laugh with each other, playing with Joann simultaneously. The two loved each other's company.

But as the Earth spins, the sun rotates around it. It was a fact that the sun kept the planet alive. Giving off vitamins, lighting the planet, giving humans gravity, and even heating up the world.

As they say, the day the sun dies, the world dies with it too.

The sun died, and his world died too.
