Kiyotaka PoV*

"Any questions?" Atsuhara-sensei asked.

If I'll summarize what she just said, everything about this school seemed suspicious. Ranging from the amount of money given to us, her stressing out the words 'This month' and many more such as 'merit'. As this is too good to be true, I surmised that there must be catch, this confirmed my suspicions more as I noticed the hidden cameras in every single corner of the room. In a logical conclusion, it might only be for security purposes, but why go all out and adding four cameras? In that way, my mind concluded that the camera's purpose is not for securitt but rather for us to be monitored.

I wanted to ask a question but I didn't want to stand out.

"Sensei." Kiryuuin raised her hand while saying.

"What is it Kiryuuin-san?" Atsuhara-sensei replied.

"How many points are we gonna get next month?" She asked.

Some students were making noise, thinking that my seatmate was stupid. While some more perceptive ones were noticing the hints Atsuhara-sensei placed.

She's pretty sharp, well, anyone can get to that same conclusion I had, the only matter of difference is on when someone noticed it.

Atsuhara-sensei smiled a bit, seemingly happy.

"What do you mean? I already said that you'll get 100,000 points 'this month'." She said, further emphasizing her words.

"Then why are you saying that we'll only get 100,000 points this month? Shouldn't we get 'per month'?" Kiryuiin replied, pushing further.

"I am not permitted to answer that question, but I'll give you an advice. Be careful." Sensei said, leaving the classroom as the homeroom just ended.

Some of the students got the connotations, on what Kiryuuin implied.

That basically confirmed my suspicions, and the thing that would determine if we would still get a 100,000 points next month is by merit.

This Kiryuuin, is a pretty perceptive person, I should probably not get myself involved with her.

As the teacher just left, someone walked towards the school podium.

"As we would be acquainted for the whole three years of our highschool, shouldn't we introduce ourselves one by one?" A black haired student said.

He was wearing his clothes tidily, his walking posture was also straight and stiff, giving him an aura of a calm and quiet person.

Some students agreed, showing support in order to get more acquainted.

"Well then, I'll start off. My name is Kiriyama Ikuto. I'm not really that much of an ambitious person, but I'll try to get good grades to get to my desired university. Pleasured to meet you." The guy that was on the podium said.

This followed and like a domino effect, the other students also introduced themselves.

"My name is Mikadou Mika. My hobbies are sleeping, I like chips and cola." A girl who looked bored said.

She has black hair that reached till her waists, and violet eyes that has a certain charm to it.

Then, there was this person who was spacing out who introduced himself.
"MyNameIsJeff."
