Kit Fisto was one of the most friendly and fun Jedis you knew. On top of being one of the most annoying, at times. He always liked to use his natural gifts against. He knew that you had feelings for him, but he was open about his feelings for you. He wasn't ashamed of how he felt. But you felt as if he was lying and poking fun at your emotions. He could feel your insecurities and fears and he wasn't sure why you would feel this way, but it upset him that you were. He looked at you as if you were the brightest star in the galaxy.

You stood by a large window looking down over the planet Tatooine. For a planet made entirely out of sand and heat, it looked beautiful from where you stood. You're not sure for how long you've been standing there, but it was better here then anywhere else on the ship.

You had just returned from a battle that the Republic has lost. But at what cost? You watched as all of your friends dropped to the ground, dead. Other's told you that They knew what they were getting themselves into, they did it for the good of the galaxy. Deep down you knew that it was true, and you were more than willing to die for the cause. But not being able to save your friends; it really hurt you. You were so heavy in thought that you didn't notice the door behind you open and swiftly close seconds after. You didn't hear the footsteps that trailed behind you.

"Hey, (y/n). How are you this fine evening?" He asked looking down at you. You glanced up; his towering form could be intimidating to people who didn't know him. But to you, he was a lanky pole that deep down you wanted to climb like the trees in Naboo.

"I'm fine." You said curtly, not in the mood for him to play around with your feelings like he normally does. Kit senses your guilt and pain, becoming extremely concerned for you. "Are you sure?" He takes a step closer to you, afraid that if he were to move too fast, you would sprint away.

"I said that I am fine." You said, practically grinding your teeth trying to keep calm. He gently reached down, hands wrapping around your arms and turning you to look towards him. "Listen beautiful, you and I both already know that there is something wr-" You abruptly turn on your heals, looking directly at him.

"No! You listen here. I am in no mood for you to play around with me right now. After watching all of our friends... Our family... Die... I can't handle more upset right now." You snapped back at him; you really didn't mean to blow up on him like you did. But you were in pain and didn't know what else to do. Tears threatening to spill from your eyes, your body trembling out of anger.

He didn't say anything, he pulled you into him. Wrapping his arms around you, enveloping your body with his warm embrace. You refused to move for a moment, not sure what to do. But, eventually, you laid your head on his chest and wrapped your arms around him. Allowing the tears to fall freely. It was the release you had needed. He began to comb his fingers though your hair, it felt so soothing. Your muffled cries began to wane out into soft sniffles.

"Thank you..." You quietly said to him. He understood the meaning of loss. He had been through many battles and seen many lose their lives while fighting beside him.

"You have been through quite an ordeal, little one." Leaning away from your warm, yet trembling body. He gently places a finger under your chin, tilting your head to gaze deep into your (e/c) eyes. Taking one of his fingers, his green skin wiping away at your tears. The smell of sadness and despair radiated from your tears. All of your pain leaking away with each drop. A gentle smile growing on his face.

For someone so sad, you never looked more beautiful. Kit had never seen you express anything other than happiness and playfulness. He had seen tears of laughter. Never tears filled with agony. The light that reflected off of the planet Tattooine, seeped into the room and kissed your sweet skin. Reflecting off of your tears that stained your cheeks, no matter how many times he wiped them away.

A small sigh fell from your lips, it was less defeated than before. You took a step away from his delicate grasp and wiped away the last tears that threatened to spill. You hadn't planned on anyone seeing you in such a state, let alone Kit. You feared that he would consider you childish for displaying such emotion. But it was the opposite.

You covered your mouth and coughed a little awkwardly; scanning the room immediately in fear that someone would walk in and see you looking like an emotional wreck.

"Alright General, let's get going. We do not want anyone missing us." You said, a weak smile rising on your face. As you began to walk toward the door, you felt a firm, but not harsh, grip on your wrist.

Spinning around rapidly to face Kit, "Is there something wrong?" a hint of concern etching through your words.

He said nothing, just looked at you with a rather odd smile. An airy laugh left your noise, "Come on Fisto, we need to go." You began to yank him in the direction of the door, however, he gingerly tugged your arm back to him, pulling your body back into his chest. His cool figure practically smashes against your warm one.

"Kit, wha- Are you okay?" You hand reaches up and touches his green face, Kit enjoyed your warmth. He had been stuck in a deep thought. Enraptured by the scent you naturally gave off, smelling sweet like nectar. He enjoyed your company, even this time, with wet spots on his chocolate brown tunic from where your tears had landed. The feeling of your fingers caressing his cool face woke him from his vivid thoughts.

Face contorted with concern, your eyes borrowing honeyed holes into his soul.

"Ah, I am sorry little one. I am okay, more than okay." His signature smirk showing. You couldn't help the small laugh that escaped you. Of course, he was.

"Well, if you are more than okay, we should get going then." Your hand leaving his face.

"Before we go... May I try something?" He asked, almost shyly or in a coy way, making you slightly nervous.

"I guess it depends on what it is you wanted to try." A nervous giggle leaving you.

"Do you trust me?" He asked, his mesmerizing black eyes almost taking your breath away.

"With all of my life." Which was true, you trusted Kit more than any other person on this ship or even in the entire galactic system.

He said nothing else, his eyes looking down at your lips and then back into your eyes. He slowly began to lean down. Your eyes closed and you began to lean up to him.

After what felt like hours, your lips met. His hands finding places on your waist and tangled in your hair. Your hands find a home on his chest and neck. His chest felt built; strong. Losing yourself in the kiss. Your heart skipped a beat, your breathing picked up, your face was getting hot. Kit could feel that. He could smell the arousal growing deep inside of you.

He pulled away from you, "We should be heading back." He did not want to take it any further than a kiss, at least for now, not when you were in such a sensitive emotional state.

Sighing, you nodded and watched as he began to walk toward the door.

"You coming little one?" He asked, looking back at you.

You nodded again and followed close behind him, composing yourself as the door swiped open and revealed the crowd of people discussing what our next move against the republic would be.
