8......Eri has been in a coma for 8 months, the doctors said if she doesn't wake up soon...she probably never will...

My name is (Y/N) (L/N), I haven't grown any older and I'm staying with the Phantomhive's. I've started losing my fear of Sebastian, but I've grown apart from Ciel. Saddening, yes. When I started living with them I learned that they have a demon hound, I don't exactly know how I mssed that but I guess I never payed any attention. Today, it was raining and I was just arriving back at the Phantomhive mansion after visiting Eri in the hospital.

Before I had a chance to open the door it swung open and there stood Ciel. He glanced at you and continued to slip past you while opening his umbrella, Sebastian walked behind him with his own umbrella. You closed your umbrella and walked inside whilst locking the doors. "Welcome back mistress!" Mey-rin greeted and you smiled back, About a month into Eri's coma, Mey-rin thought you needed another girl to feel comfortable with, therefore you guys became close. "Hello Mey-rin, how are you?" You said taking off your coat, revealing your (chapter pitcure) clothes and hanging it up. "Not well I must say, it seems Sebastian has been scolding me even more lately." When Mey-rin ended her sentence you started zoning out.

"Sebastian is awesome isn't he?"

"Well, he kinda scares me with those red eyes, and his demanding voice."

"I think they add to his voice and makes him, even better, I wonder what he looks like without his shirt?"

" Oh my gosh, Eri stop!"

"Well what can I say, I'm lonely!"

"What about me?"

"I love you more than anything else, now smile..you look more beautiful when you do."

"Mey-rin." You stated and Mey-rin whipped her head around then you grabbed her cheeks. "Smile, you look more beautiful when you do." You let her cheeks go and smiled at her, she smiled back. You grabbed a book off of the shelf and sat in a Chaise lounge next to the window. When you started reading, Mey-rin brought you a teacup filled with Chamomile tea. "You know," You said while looking out the window Mey-rin stopped and looked at you. "If it wasn't for Eri, I'd hate the rain." You smiled at the thought while looking at your reflection in the tea.

"Eri, I don't wanna go in the slimy sky drool!"

"It's not 'Sky drool', It's rain and it's a beutiful part of nature!

"If I get wet, what will mommy say?"

"I'll tell her it was my fault, so how about we play and wash away our troubles?"

"I dunno, I'm scared.."

"Don't be, It's fun and relaxing"

"Ok...It's cold."

"But it's fun right?"

"Yep!"

Before you relized, a drop fell into your cup creating water rings. You raised your hand up to your cheek to relize, you'd been crying. "Are you ok mistress?" Mey-rin asked wiping your cheeks with her hankerchief. You grabbed her hand and cried more, you let her hand go and hugged her waist. You started sobbing into Mey-rin's apron. "Mistress, are you ok?" Mey-rin said stroking your back. "I've held back my tears for 8 months!" You said sitting up and roughly wiping your eyes. "Eri, was always there in the hard times, where's she now?" You ask and hugged Mey-rin. "When I left the hospital today, they told me, if she doesn't wake up soon, she probably never will!" You exclaimed and Mey-rin hugged back. You started thinking of how Eri was there when your mom passed away all those years ago.

"Eri why are so many people crying, and where's mommy?

"Don't worry, you'll see her again one day."

"Eri, pick me up please?"

"Sure, are you sad?"

"Yes, I'm sad because you're crying too."

After your flashback ended your mind was filled with thoughts of Eri, you sighed as Mey-rin continued stroking your back. "Are you alright now?, is there anything that we could do to help you feel better?" Mey-rin asked softly and you sat up. "I want to apologize to Ciel." You said gripping the ends of your bow that flowed behind you. "They went to see Elizabeth, we can wait though." Mey-rin said and you rubbed your fore-arm. "Ok, I'm going to get another book." You mumbled and stood up, while walking to the library you heard the front door open. You turned around and started running towards the front door, when you saw Ciel you attacked him with a hug that made him fall over. "What the, get off!" Ciel demanded while squirming around under you. "I'm sorry." You whispered and hugged him tighter, Ciel froze when her felt a teardrop on his cheek. "(Y/N)?" Ciel asked. "I'm sorry for all I said 8 months ago." You said as tears freely rolled down your cheeks, Ciel slithered his arms around your waist and hugged back. "I was waiting for that." Ciel whispered to you and you rolled off of him. "Besides, I realized the most important person I should've been worried about.." You stopped and wiped your tears before continuing. "Was me." You said with a playful hair flip. "Anyways, why'd you guys come back so quickly?" You asked Sebastian and helped Ciel on his feet. "The rain flooded the roads." Sebastian shrugged. "It's good to have the old (Y/N) back." Ciel said hugging you again, you smiled and hugged back.
