Jimin's mother glanced between the two with squinted eyes. The women held an air of importance and power. She had long blonde hair that waved down to her hips, her cheekbones were sharp and defined. Her eyes were a caramel colour and sharp. Hera, Jin noted as he tried to avoid eye contact with the female.

She was one of the ones that had spoken very clearly about her distaste for his mother after her death. 'A whore of a woman' was what she would go and tell everyone, yet she never spoke about her son who had slept with a woman he knew to be married. Many people spoke of her in bad terms, but that was in hell, here everyone would kneel before her. However, Jin did not kneel in her presence. He stood tall, making Jimin stare at him with wide eyes.

"Jimin, do introduce us." It was an order, Jin noted. Jimin scrambled to Jin, his former grace seemed to have been lost at the sight of the woman. He gripped Jin's hand and pulled him to the woman, lifting his hand for him when he didn't feel Jin do it for himself.

"Mother, this is Jin, he is the one that has been chosen to fix the shields. Jin, this is Hera, goddess of marriage and birth, wife of Apollo." The words were said anxiously and slightly rushed but his mother smiled nonetheless. She raised her hand to shake Jin's. making the latter scowl.

"Why do I sense we have met before?" The goddess asked with a tilt of her head. The oldest male in the room shrugged. He knew why, because she had blessed Aphrodite's marriage to Hephestus along with him once Aphrodite knew she was pregnant. Hera had a connection to all the people she had blessed.

"I haven't the slightest idea, I was raised in Hell, so I know we have not met in the past. Now, I need to get back to this shield work." Without any further words, he turned his back to the woman. A scoff could be heard, but was swiftly followed by Jimin ushering the female out of the room.

The heavy door shut and yet Jin still felt the other presence across the room. He didn't need to turn to know that the smaller male had stayed in his company. The two stay in silence, as Jin spreads a scroll across the freshly cleaned workbench, before picking up an old, abandoned pencil.

"Do you hold hatred towards my mother for some reason?" The silence had finally been broken. A sigh left Jin's lips as he carried on with his sketch of what he would need to make. Nearly silent footsteps walked to Jin before a hand lightly traced his arm. "I understand, you don't wish to talk. I am going to go, I will visit you tomorrow. If you need anything, just ask one of the staff for me."

There was silence before the fingers on his arm tightened, he felt the male leaning on him. His eyes widened as he felt a soft kiss being placed on his cheek. Fingers tightened around his bicep before the grip lessened. Footsteps trailed into the distance before the silk voice reached his ears once again.

"I look forward to seeing you again, Jin." The statement was followed with the closing of a door.

Jin was frozen on the spot, heart beating wildly in his ears. A deep breath slipped past his lips as he finally noticed the burning at the top of his ears. Slowly, he placed the pencil down flat on his desk. This was too much for one day, Jin decided as he moved back from the desk. He suppressed the thoughts of the other male and he opened the door to the side of the room.

Peeking in, he saw the attached bedroom. It looked rather well kept, compared to the workshop. However, Jin didn't seem to care as he flopped down onto the bed. Lazily, he raised his bony fingers and slipped off the mask that had been protecting the top half of his face. He rubbed his nose before allowing his eyes to close with one last sigh out of his mouth.
