Dragon Queen

The ball

Days went past and android 342 and Chloe have been trying to get Chloe's wings to come out but nothing has been working. Nick has been trying to talk to Chloe but Chloe has been dodging him, she hasn't been going to school. Chloe's mom has been picking up and dropping off  her school work and homework. Every time nick comes over the house Chloe's father says she's not there. He'd go to the cave but without Chloe's necklace there's no way in. Chloe stays in her room most of the time but one day, the day of the ball, Chloe's mom walks in.

Regina: " honey the ball is today what are you doing laying down instead of getting dressed"? She asked.

Chloe: " I'm not going, nick will be there". She answered in a mopey tone

Regina sat on her bed

Regina: " I'm sorry for what happened with you and nick honey, but you can't ignore him forever". She said rubbing her daughters back

Chloe stuck her face in her pillow

Chloe: " I can try". She said, her words being muffled by the pillow.

Regina smiled

Regina: " yes well, you can try, but he's your bestfriend, if you can forgive me and your father, you can forgive him". She said

Chloe turned over

Regina: " sitting here feeling sorry for yourself, well babygirl that's letting him have the power, so go out tonight have fun , the town only has this once a month". She said

Chloe sighed annoyed

Chloe: " fine, I'll go". She said

Regina smiled then grabbed a box

Chloe: " what's this"? She asked looking at the box smiling

Regina: " just open it" she replied smiling

Chloe smiled then opened the box unwrapping the gift paper, reveal a beautiful black dress, with dark purple rind stones on it, a purple necklace to match and a purple hair piece. Chloe looked at the dress amazed.

Chloe: "it's beautiful". She said touching the dress softly.

Chloe Hughes her mother.

Chloe: "thank you, mom". She said hugging her

Regina smiles hugging her back

Regina: " now get dressed and go have fun". She said as she smiled then got up walking out her room closing the door being her

Chloe got up putting the dress on, then put on the necklace still having her dragon necklace on, she brushes her hair and put the hair piece on, then she put on black heals. When she got to the ball she looked around on the staircase she was at and saw people in gowns and tuxedo's, there was a band playing classical music in the corner and a table filled with food next to the band, there was a big chandelier on the ceiling. She saw nick and Ashley talking to their friends then suddenly nicks friend (Dave) went up to Chloe.

Dave: " well don't you look nice" . He said smiling

Chloe: "thank you". She smiled

Chloe looked over Dave's shoulder to look at nick and Ashley. Dave looked in the same direction then looked back at Chloe.

Dave: "yeah, I heard they made things official yesterday, but let's not worried about them". Dave said

Nick noticed Dave and Chloe talking. He couldn't keep his eyes off Chloe, he thought she looked like the most beautiful women he's ever seen. He then kind of got jealous that Chloe and Dave were talking just then the musicians started playing a classical song people started getting on the dance floor with their partners the men grabbing their girls one hand and putting the other hand around their girls waist, the girls putting one hand on their guys shoulder as they held their guys hand.
