Squidward woke up in the morning but it was silent...
Squidward's pov
Hmm, this is weird all I always recall is that Spongebob and Patrick annoy me during the day when they woke up strange. I checked the time it was 6:02 am I then put paint on my forehead then went to the door when I opened it.
I saw Spongebob standing right in front of me I was quiet and Spongebob was just staring at me he wasn't smiling but he looked sad I was worried. I then reached Spongebob's level and touched his shoulder.
"Spongebob anything okay?" Oh, barnacles why do I care...I love him but I can't stand that sad faces SpongeBob blinked "oh- I just came here to tell you that..uhh to meet me in the jelly fields when it's 6 pm..th-there will be something.."
Spongebob looked at me smiling I blushed a bit and hid it I just rolled my eyes than stand up "for what.." I said, "I have...a confession to tell you ahahah.."
I then flinched then thought of my mind (a-a confession?! What kind of confession?! Maybe on his colours no- but he's straight isn't he?..)
"...ok fine fine" SpongeBob then smiles "yay! Thank you squiddy!" "Say wanna walk together?" It was awkward but I'll just say "no.." then I closed the door then walked away Spongebob talked to me a bit "say no one has held your tentacle for years.." I then looked at the floor sadly.
Spongebob pov
He looked sad.. no worries! I will grab it I then walked closer to him while walking I held his left tentacle then Squidward let's go with a surprise "Wh-What are you- don't touch me.." I then looked sad the slowed down but Squidward was still walking then I cried
*sniffs* *cries* Squidward looked back at me he stopped and just hugged me "fine.." he mumbled then he held my right hand I then smiled "thanks squiddy!" Squidward wasn't used to the word so he kept looking away I think he's getting mad because of me

Squidward's pov
For the love of Neptune, why does he always call me squiddy... (but I kinda like it..) I blushed while looking away at him we arrived at the Krusty krab then kept working while the customers are almost full Patrick came to see Spongebob "Hey Patrick!"
Spongebob said while he waves to him Patrick then said "hey Spongebob!" To be honest I kept looking at them but practically I was jealous I don't know why?! But then Spongebob whispered something to Patrick while they were looking at me then they chuckled and left but I didn't follow them I just stayed because if I didn't Mr krabs will get angry I just read my magazines.
Meanwhile on Spongebob and Patrick's secret place
S is for SpongeBob and P is for Patrick they will have a real conversation
S: psst Patrick I have a confession
P: what is it?
S: I'm gay (starts rubbing off paint)
P: wow im surprised it's alright buddy I support you.
S: also I love Squidward but im too afraid to ask him out.
Plankton then joins in talk and his nickname is PS
PS: just ask him out now isn't that easy?
S: but..what if he doesn't like me?!
PS: oh puh-leeze he has feelings for you don't you realize it?
S: feelings? For me? But he hated me when he first met me.
PS: oh mother of Neptune! You are just too blind to see it.
S: wait plankton I haven't seen your colour what is it?
PS: well...(starts rubbing off paint)
S:*gasp* wow your pansexual I didn't know about that!
PS: yea im going now.
S: okay! Bye plankton!
P: SpongeBob you just tell him how you feel but if he rejects you just move on!
S: ok! I got this! Thanks, Pat!
P: you're welcome I'll be in sandy's house to get some mayonnaise.
S: pfft okay don't eat too much okay?..
P: I got it.
Reader's pov
So then SpongeBob went to the Krusty krabs "I'm back" he smiled and Squidward rolled his eyes "sooo Squidward any thoughts you will confess to me to?" Squidward looked at him and SpongeBob gave Squidward a flirty look but Squidward was just annoyed.
He was blushing on the inside "grr SpongeBob personal space, please! I'm trying to read here!" Spongebob was speechless but he just smiles "okay I'll be in the cooking area squiddy bye!" He then went back to his cooking room on the back Squidward was just flustered knowing nothing to do but just speechless.
What do I do now?! He'll confess to me but I have something to confess to him too! Never mind.. it was 6 pm and Squidward went to the jellyfish fields where SpongeBob told him to meet Spongebob was there sitting looking at the sunset Squidward took a sigh then he walked to SpongeBob then sat next to him.
"Hey, Squidward. The confession I was talking about was really important but I'm glad you came!" Spongebob looked at Squidward and smiled Squidward was surprised he didn't know it was really important so then he began to ask.
"Uhm SpongeBob what kind of confession is this anyway?" Spongebob then began to be sad "you won't like this at all squiddy.." he then began to look at Squidward's eyes then wiped his paint on his forehead.
Squidward was surprised he didn't think of it that he was gay he thought he was just flirting to him just because he was just dumb but he didn't yell at him Spongebob then cried "i-i loved you Squidward but you hated me even when you wished for me to be gone..."
Spongebob looked away crying he then stood up then ran but Squidward grabbed his hand Squidward was silent and Spongebob was surprised he didn't let him go Squidward cried then wiped his forehead.
"SpongeBob...i never hated you since I first saw you I was happy" Squidward began to smile at him and hugged him Spongebob let out tears of joy "I'm glad that I met you squiddy.." Squidward looked at SpongeBob then said "I love you.." then they kissed
