A long shudder woke me from my sleep. Someone was in my room. I checked the clock. It was noon. All the Vampires should be asleep right now. In the corner of my room there was a shadow standing. Watch me. Putting my hand to the side of my bed I reached for my sword.

It was gone.

Hell.

The shadow moved quickly, forcing his hands around my neck as he constrained my breathing. It was the Prince, he had gone Lost. I raised my hands to his as I could feel my life going out of my body. His neck hunched down as his fangs revealed. He set them into my skin.

My eyes shot open. I recognized that I had passed out after looking deeper into that servant's past. This was the third time I've had this nightmare, but it's the first time with the Prince's face in it.

Then first thing I did when I woke up was make sure my sword was at my bedside. It was there, looking back up to me. A knock came at my door. Quickly, I shot ip and changed into my uniform. Bracing myself for whatever was behind it, I held my breath. I was met with red eyes and a girl short as could be. Natalia.

"We want you to come eat with us for breakfast." I was brought back to my dire reality. I didn't think they'd want me anywhere near them. Forget about eating breakfast with them.

I lost my words, but was able to find them when the light began to drain from Natalia's eyes. "We or just you?" I asked her knowing it would be the second choice.

She looked stuck, "It was Holstein's idea but we all agreed to it. Alex will be there too." The dire Prince. I didn't want to see him, then again I've been called worst that disgusting before. Still I had no reasoning to want to see him or even be next to him.

"Lead the way." I told her, I couldn't tell her no. Not with the eyes she was giving me. Hopelessness. It pulled at my heart as Natalia grabbed my arm and began dragging me down the hall. Our footsteps echoing through the brilliant manor. I only noticed after, the fact that it was only my footsteps that could be heard. Natalia was good at being quiet. I had to remember that.

When we entered the dining room, all eyes fell on me. Nelo was the first to say something. "Finally she's awake, can I start eating now." They waited for me, suddenly I found myself getting flustered.

"Yes Nelo. After ten minutes of asking you can finally eat." Holstein conducted as Sabien and Nelo began to dig into their meals. I was brought to a chair across from the Prince and I sat down without any questions.

The silence had filled the void, why did they ask me here if they were just going to stare at me. "You all really don't have to force yourselves to be nice to me, I get why all of you are so on edge against me." I reached for a glass of water and watched them all turn their eyes away. They didn't think I would call them out.

Holstein cleared his throat. "We all agreed that it's best we all make peace. Since we are living under the same roof."

The Prince was immensely quiet, he was the only one here that I cared about. Not his opinion but making peace, "And you?" I asked him as I crossed my legs. I couldn't get my nightmare out of my mind. His fangs pushing under my skin, it caused me to shudder. I made sure my sword was still here. It was, resting on my hip.

"Natalia told me that the servant was a spy." I wasn't expecting that, my voice was caught.

I looked to the girl and she begged me with everything she had. Apologizes and after thought. "I heard some of your conversation yesterday." How much did she hear? Was privacy not a thing for these Vampires, even after I respected all of there's for not spelling them. It hurt. I didn't want to look at her.
