Elemental

-The Escape-

You stand before Tony, with Lizzy in glasses mode, you saw that automatic reference mode was on. You added that little feature because you loved making references. On the Lens of your glasses a reference popped up it said, 'General Kenobi.' It took everything in you not to laugh or say the reference.

            "That was a nice story you told them in there, it was very detailed. I also noticed that you have a couple unique abilities too."  Your eyes widen at the last comment, oh no, should I run? Should I see what he has to say?

"Umm, Thanks" you were really nervous you didn't know what to do, you were still monitoring the chat between the two A.Is. You had noticed that his A.I. had asked Lizzy if she was right in front of Tony, Lizzy didn't reply. I need to change the subject, or better yet get out of here.

            "So... Mr. Stark, what are you doing here?" you mentally slapped yourself because that was way, WAY to off topic.

            "I came to donate some money, and I also wanted to explore the building more." You knew he was lying, but you hoped it got you out of that awkward conversation.

            "Anyway, are you going to tell me more about your abilities or- "

            Before he could finish his sentence, you took off running, while you ran you turned yourself invisible to make sure nobody saw you or where you were leaving the building from.

            You ran to the end of the hall noticing that the window was open. You jump out the window of the two-story orphanage, free falling until you had enough wind to control. You control the wind lifting you up to fly. Without looking back, you flew to your apartment and quickly ran inside.

            What did I do, you thought to yourself while taking Lizzy off and faceplanting onto your air mattress, "UHHHHHH!!!!" you let out a muffled scream/moan. Once you get yourself together, you put Lizzy back on and scroll through the previous chat that Lizzy and Tony's A.I. had. Okay once I get the micro lens for the camera, I need to improve the hand tracking system on Lizzy, it continued to go back to the top because it had a very bad hand tracking system making it think you scrolled back to the top.

            -Tony's POV-

            I cracked the door of a room in front of the stairs, it looked like it was an entertainment room for the orphans. The person with the A.I. was a young girl, standing in the middle of a circle of kids, she is wearing these glasses, it might be where the A.I. is. It looked like she was telling them a story, with her powers?!?! She was making fire with her hands and forming it into people while also making these buildings and structures out of rocks. As the story went on she made a ring out of the water that was in the floor, then once she was done she took something out of her pocket. She pulled out a Silver ring, it looked like it was made out of metal. I couldn't hear what she was saying but the way the kids looked around her it must have been something really important.

            She walked out of the room and bumped into me. We talked for a while, but she wasn't giving me much information, I was monitoring the chat between the two A.I.'s and it looked like her A.I. wasn't giving Jarvis much info either. I started to speak again but was shortly cut off.

            She ran off before I could finish, I looked at the lenses of my glasses for the camera footage, but it looked normal, no girl running around, just how it had been before, Normal.

            "Jarvis, do you have the location on the A.I.?"

            "Yes sir, the A.I. is moving to a nearby apartment complex."

            "Could you also drive my car back to the Tower and call one of my suits over." I wanted to get to the apartment fast, and the sky had no traffic, except for a couple or birds.

            As soon as I saw the suit flying towards me, I ran and jumped out the nearest window, allowing the suit to latch onto me. When the screen turned on in my suit it automatically connected to Jarvis.

            It was already 5 o'clock in the afternoon and Tony had canceled a meeting so he could look for the girl.

            Once he got to the apartment, he noticed it was old but still sturdy enough for someone to live in and keep a low profile.

            "Jarvis, detach the suit and leave it out here, notify me if someone comes near it." And with that Tony walked to the door and knocked.

                        -Your POV-

            You tell Lizzy to erase all camera footage that was taken today that had you in it.

            What am I going to do? Should I still go through with my plan? You were getting so stressed and overwhelmed that you didn't notice the flames sparking in your hands. This often happened when you are stressed about something. You look down to see the flames in your hands, you took a deep breath when someone knocked on your door. You quickly look into the mirror and se your eyes glowing a bright Orange, you knew that your eyes changed color depending on what power you use, but after a while your eyes go back to your normal blue. You needed to answer the door, but you didn't want to show that something was wrong or different about you, so you tell Lizzy to tint the lenses of the glasses until your eyes go back to normal.

            You go to the door and open it. Tony stood in front of you, he was wearing his A.I. glasses. You wanted to run away again but he was blocking your way.

            "Oh, umm hi Mr. Stark, what are you doing here?" You say petrified in fear. How did he find me? He gave you a look that said 'Seriously' and walks right into your apartment.

            "Hey! I didn't say you could come in."

            "How long have you been living here kid?" Tony almost sounded concerned.

            You stay quiet, you look down wondering what he is going to do with you. Tony comes up to you and gently puts is hands on your shoulders.

            "Do you have any parents you could live with?" You shake your head no. You have never met your parents, you spent most of your life running away from orphanages and foster homes, until you were finally old enough to live on you own.

            Tony moves closer to you, giving you a hug. You hug him back and Lizzy untints the glasses.

            "So, what's your name kid?"

            "(Y/n), (Y/n) Peirce"

            "Well (Y/n), I want you to come and live in Stark Tower for a couple days, maybe you can show me you're A.I." Of course! That is how he tracked me; He used his A.I. to track Lizzy. You mentally slap yourself, then thought about the offer. It would be easier to get materials to improve Lizzy.

            "I would love to! Thank you, Tony,!"

            "No problem kid, pack your bags, I'll be waiting outside." With that he walks out the door leaving you alone to pack"

Sorry, this took so long to write I had a little writers block along with some school work. I also made the chapter cover for this chapter, so I hope you liked it! I wonder what Lizzy is going to do next chapter, I'll see you next time on Elemental. -LexiVeillette
