Chapter 3

Hayasaka POV

"Hayasaka, I need you to do something for me." Kaguya-sama said while sitting at her bed.

"What do you need me to do Kaguya-sama?" I already knew this would happen when she asked me to meet at her room a while ago.

Though I have a feeling what this particular order is about.

"Do you remember what Chabashira-sensei said during the first day?" She asked.

She must be talking about the special rules, I nodded, "If I remember correctly, she said that we'll be given the points we deserve at the beginning of each month."

"Indeed, she also said that its base on our worth, now let me ask you again, how do they measure our worth?"

"Since this is a school, our worth is obviously tied into us as students. Meaning, they're probably measuring our worth on how we behave as one." I answered.

"As expected of Hayasaka, I knew you'll notice these things too."

"I did grew up and studied with you so that's only natural." I said.

"So how does this tie in with your request?" I asked.

"I need you to get me evidence, or data, anything to prove that there's something suspicious with the school system." She said.

"But what for? Even if we confront the teachers about this, they wouldn't tell us anything." I said.

"This is not to confront the teachers, this is for making those idiots, our classmates, realize their own stupidity."

"I didn't expect you'll help our classmates Kaguya-sama."

"I would rather not, but the situation has changed." She said while wearing an unamused expression.

"Fine, what do you want me to do?"

My mistress proceeded to brief me with my job. It doesn't seem hard, although my free time would be taken, it would be best to finish this sooner.

"I'm counting on you Hayasaka."

"I'll do my best Kaguya-sama." I said. "I'll be going back to my room then."

"Alright, see you tomorrow Hayasaka." I waved back as I walk towards her door and make way to my room.

Three days has passed since then, nothing notable happened during class. Just the usual.

As our classmates where preparing to leave the classroom for lunch, Kaguya-sama called out everyone.

"Can I have a moment please everyone?"

With that, she got everyone's attention. They were surprised and curious, because she didn't really bothered with anyone unless they talk to her.

"What is it Shinomiya-san?" Hirata asked, stopping the girls and others who were still about to leave. He must have sense that it is important.

"Don't worry, it won't take too long." She said.

"Tch, this is stupid, I'm leaving." Sudou said as he walks out the classroom. Ike and Yamauchi were about to follow him but was stopped.

"Fine, but before you leave, what I'm about to say concerns you all. If you're still not willing to listen, then don't regret whatever happens next month." She said in a heavy tone, stopping the two idiots following Sudou.

Our classmates had a look of confusion, not understanding why this discussion is happening. Ayanokouji and Horikita aren't though, they must have understand what my mistress means. Meanwhile, Kouenji is just sitting there, grinning while looking at himself with a mirror.
