"jueyun chili chicken recipe please, also.. have you seen someone that looks like me?
she's my twin." said a male with braided blonde hair.

"yeah, i don't think i have.. now do this errand for me 🙄🙄"

"yeah, i don't think i have.. good luck though."
(y/n) said, grabbing a paper stash filled with the recipes, and looking
for the jueyun chili chicken one.

"oh, it's fine. hope you find whatever your looking for too.."
he awkwardly said as (y/n) laughed.

"thank you. may i use the stove?"
(y/n) nodded.

he then carried on and started cooking while (y/n) sat on the
stool, staring into the abyssal void.
(that sounds confusing but you know what I mean)

she didn't notice someone went up the counter.
"hello. (y/n)..? you there?"
once the female snapped out, looking up to meet eyes with
the one and only chongyun.

"yeah, what do you need?" she asked.
"i ran out of popsicles again." chongyun answered, (y/n) nodded
and prepared the ingredients.

"oh, chongyun, it's been a while, sorry for last time again.
y-you know, when i made a spicy popsicle.." aether spoke, looking over.
the female wheezed at this.
"YOU WHAT!? LMAO WHAT DID YOU USE??" she said, tears
prickling her eyes while the two flushed in embarrassment.

"jueyun chili and slime condensate..."
"why would you think that would work lol"
"i-i don't know.."

"hey chongyun, those are the kids we played with last time right."
aether spoke up.
"hmm, they are."

(pretend they went back to the kids after chongyun woke up, it's
for the sake of the plot 💀)

"if i may ask, what were you playing?"
(y/n) asked.
"we played hide & seek with the children once chongyun woke up from the
popsicle."

"i see."

"i told you we'll play again, but with other friends, we should do it now.
me and (y/n) will go back to get xingqiu and xiangling."

"you should get hu tao then aether, oh! and do you know xinyan?"
with a nod (y/n) continued.
"bring her with, she's fun to get along with."

the three then separated paths, chongyun and (y/n) still together,
and only separated once (y/n) had reached wanmin to get xiangling.
once they got together again, they started,
xingqiu being the seeker.

the seven have played many rounds of the game
by now, this being the last one.
chongyun was the final seeker,

they hid, (y/n) hiding on wherever is a good spot, good for almost two people.
she was in a small dark corner, which she chose for being secluded.
a minute has passed, chongyun had managed to only find xiangling and aether.
(y/n) stayed quiet, making small movements to wipe
the beads of sweat rolling down her face.

another minute has passed, chongyun had just a small amount of time
to look for the last person, (y/n).
he ran around, eyes orbiting, looking for her.

he had thirty seconds to find her.

once he did, he quickly run over.
accidentally tripping down, both chongyun and (y/n) fell
down. their faces flushed, breath fanned over
each other's faces, before chongyun pulled away.

"a-apologies (y/n), but i caught you. it has been some time
since i played this." pants escaped his lips as he lended
her a hand, pulling her up.

"it's alright. be careful though."
