home— a place (y/n) never wants to return to, she would
much rather spend the rest of her days here in liyue.
there are countless of reasons she never wanted to go back to fountaine.

a few months have passed since (y/n) arrived, she was enjoying every bit
of her time, though that fun ends today.

"excuse you here old man, how about a no. i am not
gonna 'pack my bags and leave'  just because you "i'm an embarrassment
to liyue." if you don't like our presence that much, then just take a
stroll in the other part of liyue."
she spoke, glaring daggers at the so-called 'manager xiao'.

"how about you do that. teenagers these days.."
"and why exactly wou-!"

"(y/n), let's go back to wanmin." chongyun interrupted her
before she could continue.
"fine..." she took one last glance at the man before leaving with chongyun.

"oh, hey uncle mao." (y/n) said, greeting him,
making her way inside with chongyun before chef
mao came to stop them.

"(y/n), I sent your parents a letter."
the said female's eyes went wide before asking...
"what letter?"

"the one about you going back home."
"i didn't write a letter.."
"oh right, my apologies.. I was the one who wrote it."
"why?"
"well... they asked how you were improving."
"my behavior?"
"yeah.."

the female let out a puff of annoyance.
"what did you say and what did they answer back?"
"i said that you were improving, they replied with you going home in a few days."

"h-hey, what's going on here?!" xiangling stepped in, after placing the orders
in front of the customers.
"(y/n) and chef mao are arguing about her going back to her
home" chongyun said in a hushed tone, wanting to listen to the conversation.

once they finished arguing, (y/n) immediately went inside her and xiangling's
shared room, both her and chongyun following behind.
it was now obvious to chongyun that the female had problems at home.

the two stayed with her for a while, xiangling hugging her tightly
within her grasp. chongyun sending her smiles
of reassurance while sometimes also giving her hugs.

a few days have passed, (y/n) has said her goodbyes, and she was now
walking towards the wharf together with chef mao,
xiangling, and chongyun. the others unfortunately were not able
to be with her throughout her last moments in liyue.

but alas, she had to take her step onto the fountaine styled
ship, sending the three a last, deep, and tight hugs.

"goodbye"
she said, and as they did too.
