"ah thats your neighbor upstair, most of them are musicians. But dont worry they are leaving next month and moving to another place because the other neighbors are also complaining about the noise"
Kim continue to check the place and he seems good with it.
"Do you have any question kim or problem about the place?"

"Dont worry im used to it. Most of the people here calls me betong and their first reaction was to laugh so im not suprised if you laugh because of my name"

"Can i call you kuya tong instead?"
Kim thinks whenever he calls betong in one word he will laugh so he suggest if its okay to call him tong.
"If thats what makes you comfortable just go ahead

Kuya tong handled kim his key and ready to leave
