LISA'S POV

6:55 AM

I came in a little early to class today, Jennie dropped me off because she needed to be in her office due to the fact that they are on "Crunch Mode"

Tailor Magazine will be releasing their anniversary issue next week and Jennie is really stressed out.

She was having a Dilemma about how I'm gonna get to Campus. She didn't want me to take the bus or Uber, Bobby of course is out of the question so I just told her that I needed to come to class early anyway and maybe review my notes

She didn't want tot take me too early at first because she's worried that I might get into some sort of danger since there's barely any people on Campus yet but I insisted because I didn't want to burden her anymore so I convinced her that their Uni is a safe place and there are security guards roaming around the campus 24/7

Coincidentally, Karina decided to come early as well. Jennie have no idea of course because if she knew about this, she would raise hell.

"Lisa-ya! Are you excited to go back to Jeju Island and see your mom and your sister?" Karina asked happily during our first period, there's not much students around because most of them already left for Semester break

I needed to stay because I'm kind of falling behind with my lessons, all the other students that went ahead have high enough marks not to take the Finals

Karina chose to Stay and accompany me, she's on the top student list but she said that she didn't want me to be alone since our other friends went on their planned vacation already.

"Yes, Finally. It feels like I've been in Seoul forever" I answered

"Yah! Do you really hate this place that much?" my friend asked sounding offended

"No, it's not that, please don't misunderstand Karina, I just miss my hometown, I miss being by the water and most importantly, I miss my Family"

"Haha! I was just kidding Lisa-ya. I'm happy you're finally gonna get to go home. Anyways are you going out for Lunch today? You're not going to ditch me are you?"

"I don't know Karina, My boss didn't tell me anything yet.."

"I see. Hey, I don't mean to be all nosy, but how is Jennie Kim as a boss?"

"Huh? why ask me that now?"

"Cos I feel like we didn't really have any chance to talk about your employment. Anywho, Can I tell you something Lalisa?"

"Sure. Anything"

"Well, it's more of an unsolicited opinion but uhm- she looks like one hell of a bitch for a boss"

"Hey.. don't say that.."

I felt a bit offended for Jennie. Although she CAN be a total grouch, she's caring and thoughtful. People tend to misunderstand her because of her cold exterior but it's just a face that she needs to put up for her to be taken seriously but in reality, she's sweet and gentle..
