Summary : Mark is the basketball captain and Jaemin is one of the players who like him.

    To say Jaemin is whipped for his basketball team captain would be an understatement. His basketball team captain Mark was really an ace in basketball. But in normal life outside of the basketball court he was that cute, pure person that needed alot of care. So Jaemin took it upon himself for taking care of his captain. Mark was 1 year elder than Jaemin but still Jaemin would treat him like he was the younger. He would always buy him different types of foods like someday he would buy him coffee, someday cookies, someday watermelon milkshake or someday a whole watermelon. He liked to spoil Mark and why not after all Mark was his baby. He would do everything to make Mark smile. He would always show him affection and whenever he did Mark would blush which make him more cute.

    While Jaemin was so vocal with his feelings towards Mark, there was Mark who was so oblivious about it all. He thought Jaemin was just casually flirting with no feelings. But can you blame him though, after all Jaemin was used to be the biggest playboy of their University. Though now he isn't anymore but Mark thought he still was.

   It was like this-(how they first saw each other)

    Mark was a transfer student in his now University, that time he didn't knew anything about Jaemin. He was on his way from his apartment to his new University, when he saw a handsome boy slightly taller than Mark was helping someone with too much stuffs. Mark had seen many people who helped others, even he himself helped many people with various things but seeing this boy doing this little act of kindness made something twist inside Mark. He felt butterfly in his stomach. Then when he reached his University and was roaming around for search of his friends he saw the same guy standing in the hallway. He asked another student beside him about the boy's name and got to know it was Na Jaemin.

    "Jaemin" Mark repeated to himself with a light blush evident in his face. He was about to go to him and was about to have some talk and maybe ask for his number but right then suddenly a girl make his way towards Jaemin and hugged him, Jaemin hugged her back and then kissed the girl deeply. Mark was freezed at his place, then he hear some students gossiping behind him. "Again a new person, at this point maybe at the end of our last semester he would be finished dating all the boys and girls of this University" one of them said .
"I know right, I have to say he is living up to his title as University's biggest playboy" the other one said. And Mark's heart shattered into pieces.

    Where Mark thought that he will not came across to Jaemin again then there was Jaemin who came to basketball court and was waiting for his best friend Jeno to finish his basketball practice so they could go home together as they live in the same neighborhood and go home together everyday. Jaemin was seating at one of the seats there and was busy with his phone maybe chatting with some boy or girl. After sometime he shut his phone off and shove it to his pocket. He started to watch Jeno and his teammates' practice and that's when he catches a glimpse of a beautiful,cute, adorable, pure and so much more of a boy. The boy was just angelic.It's not like Jaemin didn't get attracted with anyone, hell he was attracted to new people every 3 days but this attraction was different. It was like he fell in love at first sight, he just wanted to hide the boy from the world's all bad things, treasure him like he was the most precious person. And so he bugged Jeno all the way to their way back home asking him everything about the boy. Where he came to know that his name is Mark Lee, he is a transfer student, he is one year elder than him that's why Jaemin never saw him before as he was a senior, he is the captain of their basketball team, he like watermelon and many other things." Hey Jeno, remember few days ago you told me that your basketball team is in need for one more player to complete the team, like even an inexperienced boy would also do, is that spot is still available? Or did you find someone?" Jaemin asked hoping they didn't. " Well didn't yet, why do you ask?" Jeno said. " Well you see I wanted to join your team, like you said that it's fine even the boy is inexperienced you guys can always teach him , so why don't you guys teach me, and you always said that I have a athletic body perfect for playing basketball, what do you think?" Jaemin asked. Jeno furrowed his brows at this " but when I asked you to join the team back then you straight up declined me so why so suddenly now also why were you asking me everything about Mark hyung?..wait wait wait! Don't tell me your next target is Mark hyung!! Na Jaemin I am not going to let you play with Mark hyung's feelings, he is so pure even if he is the captain, no no no !" Jeno shouted. "Who said I am going to play with his feelings, I just feel like I fell in love at first sight when I saw him today and you know I never use the word love towards my flings , so please do something and recruit me on the team anyhow, your my best friend" Jaemin pleaded. Jeno knew Jaemin was sincere so he eventually agreed. " Ok ok I will do something but if you hurt him then I will not hesitate to break that handsome face of yours even if I am your best friend! Got it?" Jeno threatened and Jaemin nodded enthusiastically.
