Storm Hawks: The Yuuzhan Vong War

As the Condor made it's way to Terra Klockstoppia, they found it under heavy occupation by the Yuuzhan Vong.

Finn: Whoa...the Vong really did a number on that place.

As the Condor got closer to Terra Klockstoppia, they came across a truly disturbing sight. They saw the bodies of countless people crucified on the walls of the castle. The Storm Hawks had never seen such brutality. 

Junko: All those people....

Piper: Aerrow? Do you...do you think Princess Perry is....

Aerrow: We'll find her, Piper. We'll rescue her and anyone else that needs our help. 

Stork: That's a noble goal and all, but have you forgotten that this place is crawling with Vong? 

Aerrow: Then we need to be smart about this. Stork, keep the Condor at a safe distance. The rest of you are coming with me. We're going into the castle. 

With that, Aerrow formulated a plan to infiltrate the castle. Soon enough, he and Piper formulated a plan. As night time approached, the Storm Hawks rode their Skimmers and made their way to the castle. Once they landed on top of the castle, they snuck inside the castle and began making their to Princess Perry's private quarters. Meanwhile, Princess Perry was being held prisoner by a Yuuzhan Vong Commander. He had his subordinates hook Princess Perry to a organic, rack-like restraint. As she struggled to free herself, the Yuuzhan Vong Commander spoke to her. 

Yuuzhan Vong Commander: To understand us, there is one place to start. Let me introduce you to the Embrace of Pain. Now then....Princess. Experience true glorious pain!

As the commander activated the Embrace of Pain, the Embrace of Pain inflicted unimaginable pain on Princess Perry. As she screamed a bloodcurdling scream which echoed the castle walls. Every time she struggled, the pain grew worse for her. As the torture continued, the Storm Hawks burst into the room and attacked the Yuuzhan Vong inside. The Yuuzhan Vong commander and his subordinates were caught completely off guard as the Storm Hawks were able to take them down. 

Aerrow: Piper! Help me free Princess Perry! 

Piper: Got it! 

Aerrow and Piper moved to the Embrace of Pain in an attempt to free Princess Perry. After having some difficulty, Aerrow and Piper managed to free Princess Perry from the Embrace of Pain. Once she was freed, Perry took a moment to collect herself. 

Finn: What the hell was that thing? 

Piper: Princess, are you....

Without hesitation, Perry hugged Piper tightly. It was clear to everyone that the Embrace of Pain took it's toll on the Princess. 

Perry: It was....it was terrible! I....I was in terrible pain. They....they tortured and killed my people.....

Aerrow: It's okay, Princess. We're getting you out of here. 

Perry: You...you don't understand! The Yuuzhan Vong....they're killing my people! 

Aerrow: We'll push them back. I promise. Do you know what the Yuuzhan Vong are doing here? 

Perry: I....I don't know. They just...swarmed Terra Klockstoppia and killed anyone they came into contact with. It was a massacre. 

Finn: You don't need to tell us that. We saw their handiwork. 

Perry: Yesterday....the....the Warmaster came in and asked me questions about you. 

In that moment, it was clear that Tsavong Lah was in fact on Terra Klockstoppia. However, it was also clear that he was gone. Suddenly, footsteps were heard converging on their position. 

Aerrow: Looks like we're about to have company. Radarr, think you can lure them away?

Radarr shook his head as he scurried away to lure the Yuuzhan Vong away from the others. Utilizing this opportunity, the Storm Hawks make their way back to the Skimmers. 

Aerrow: Piper, take and the others take the Princess back to the Condor. I'm waiting for Radarr. 

With that, the Storm Hawks went ahead and escorted Princess Perry to safety. After some time, Radarr made his way back. Once Radarr got on board the Skimmer, Aerrow made his way to the Condor. As the Condor made it's getaway. it received an unidentified message. When they answered it, the holoprojection of Tsavong Lah appeared. 

Piper: It looks like it's a broadcast.

Tsavong(Holoprojection): Citizens of Atmos. We speak from the surface of Atmos, a living planet that your forebears murdered, but which we and our new slaves will revive. In weeks to come, we will show you how the might of the Yuuzhan Vong addresses reconstruction—the rekindling of a world. Soon, your world will be purified. All abominations shall be purged in the name of the Gods. This message is to the ones they call the Storm Hawks. Storm Hawks, you shall be purged. You will face the full wrath of the Yuuzhan Vong. 

As the broadcast ended, the Storm Hawks took a moment to process this. 

Finn: Freaky here sure loves to hear himself talk. 

Aerrow: Tsavong Lah is not to be taken lightly. Dark Ace and I were barely able to take him down. 

Piper: All the more reason to end this war as quickly as possible. The longer this war drags on, the more people die. 

Aerrow: We'll end this war, Piper.  We'll beat the Yuuzhan Vong and drive them off of Atmos. That's a promise. 

With that, the Storm Hawks prepared themselves for the days to come. As the war with the Yuuzhan Vong brought about untold death and destruction to Atmos, the Storm Hawks worked tirelessly to end the war before it claims anymore lives. What the Storm Hawks didn't know was that the tide of the war would soon change in their favor.
