Chapter 2 (Re wright)

I had snoozed my alarm three times already, I did not want to wake up today. Peggy jumped on my bed nuzzling me softly "Morning girl. Eliza, what time is it?" I asked as i sat up stretching.

"8:00 am, you have Sunday dinner with your mother tonight, that's all that's on the itinerary today miss" Eliza said, i sighed. I loved my mom, Stepdad and half-siblings, but my mom thinks I can't function on my own, no matter how many times I prove myself, it's not enough.

"Ok, who's picking me up?" I asked. As I pulled my shirt over my head.

"Your Sister, Ella (sorry if that's your name) is, she said to be ready at 3:00pm, she'll pick you up then.", Ella was my twin and my best friend ever.

"Thanks, I'm going to go outside with Peggy, notify me if someone's at the door." I said, finishing getting dressed in a T-shirt and jean shorts.

**Time Skip**

"Miss, Ella is here."

"Thanks, let her in. Peggy, come." Commanded, I felt her paw my foot. I grabbed the Handle to her vest as she led me to the living room,

"Y/N, its so good to see you again," she said, hugging me.

"You too, how's mom?"

"Good, now let's get you into something cuter." She said, I could hear her smirking.

"Please tell me that He's not coming, again." I said as she dragged me to my room.

"Yes, he is, you know mom." She huffed. I smiled, I had gotten rid of any skirts and dresses. Mom meant her best, but since i turned 19 she's been trying to get me hooked up with someone so she didn't have to 'worry.' The man she was making me to was a rich obnoxious snob, mom was in it for the money, like i said, she meant well.

"Ok, you can go in that, we need to get going." She said.

I smiled, "let's get going, the sooner we go, the sooner we can come home, and the sooner you can help me pack." I said,

"Right, am i acomaining you and Peggy?"

"If you don't mind, I could use the eyes," she laughed and sat me in the front seat, the back car door opened, and I hurd Peggy jump in. "Describe the forest, pleaseeeeee?" I begged

"the towering trees seem to reach the sky with their forest green leaves, you can barely see the bark, its covered in spongy moss that falls like pillows. The vibrant yellow of the flowers seem like stars in the sky, popping to existence, the sweet fragments of them are seductive to the busy bees and butterflies." She said, I smiled, almost able to see it, almost.

By the time we were at moms I could tell the sun had gone behind the trees. The door closed, then. Mine opened,

"Thanks." I said and I grabbed on to Peggy and Ella. She knocked on the door.

"Coming coming. Ella! Y/N!" She said,

"Hi mom," I said, gripping on to Peggy's handle a bit stronger.

After we had finished dinner and my mother's hopeful to be son -in-law went home, we sat on the couch finally able to talk about our normal life.

"Hi Y/n, what have you been up to?"

"Um, I'm meeting the vice president for lunch on Tuesday." I said bluntly as we walked to the couch.

"The president of what?" She asked,

"of the United States of America." Ella giggled, she probably had a dumbstruck face on. "Oh, then I have a meeting with Tony Stark after." I added,

"NO, I FORBID you to see that man." She said angrily.

"Why? He's gonna help get my sight back, and I'm an adult so you can't boss me around." I argued. She wasn not going to stop me from this.

"NO, you can't see him and that's the end of that" she said trying to convince me,

"Ella, i think that is time to go. Mom, i love you i really do, but you can't control me anymore, and their is no way in H*ll I'm marrying Jacob, so theirs that too. Peggy front door please."

And with that me and Ella drove to my house, ordering Chinese, because we barely ate anything at mom's because a proper lady doesn't shove her mouth full, and ended up talking until midnight.
