Kim's POV:
My dad closed the door and looked at me.
"Kim, we need to talk..."
Dad pulled out a chair and asked me to sit.
"Kim... Now that Zim's dead... I'm okay that you guys used to be together!"
"Oh... Um... He's not dead..."
"W-what???"
"But we're not together anymore..."
"Oh..."
"I'm with Dib now..."
"What?!?!"
"And he's... A human..."
Dad stared at me speechless. His hands were fidgiting nervously. Was there something he was not telling me?
"Kim... There's something you need to know... It's about your mom... She was... A human..."
I stared at Dad with my mouth hanging open.
"When were you planning on telling me???"
"I tried to tell you before you left but..."
"You chickened out?"
"Uh... What?"
"Nevermind..."
There was an akward silince. I foolishly decided to break the silence.
"So... Can I date Dib or what?"
"No!"
