Yesterday's the past, tomorrow's the future, but today is a gift. That's why it's called the present.

Heaven, Fourth Division, some millions of years later

Leito pushed the cart straight into the study of the Lord's. He was anxious for once bringing again the offers for the Inspections. He really wanted to go back into action. For the last eons he helped Feith and the rest of the Lords to restore Heaven and from the Report he had gotten from some Gladiators Hell too had returned back to its normal evil.

Everything seemed to be alright.

"Let me help you Leito." Feith spoke and got up from his armchair. The study was nothing like the one Machias used. This one was filled with crystals and books, Reports and mirrors, Feith's invention, in order to help the new Inspectors to learn their jobs faster and better.

"Thanks." He said and together they moved the piles of papers and crystals on the desk. Leito noticed the small bottle with the silver liquid which stood at the desk of Feith's.

"Feith, is that?"

"Yes. Auge's wings. Or what's left of them."

"I still wonder why they haven't disappeared."

Feith sighed. "Maybe the ties with Heaven are strong. Or maybe a Starborn's powers will never leave home. But I prefer to think that Auge left a part of her back, just to keep an eye on us all. Now, what do you have for me?"

They worked for the next hours arranging the posts and the share of souls each Inspector was going to take. When they finished Leito bowed and turned to leave. "Leito."

"Yes, Feith?"

"A blue Moon is coming."

Leito's heart thudded wildly. He always wanted to participate in the Dancing of Feathers but he knew that his first obligation was towards Feith and the rest of the Lords. "I am aware of that."

"Good, because you will go too," Feith said and smirked.

Leito's grey eyes widened and he bowed so deeply that his long mane of blue hair (he still kept the color) fell to his shoulder. "Thank you, thank you Feith."

"Yeah, yeah, don't mop on the floor, now scat and go." Feith dismissed him, not caring to hide his smile.

When Leito left, the door to Feith's right opened. "Aww, that was sweet." A feminine voice cooed and Feith got up. He circled his arms around the Angel, his mate, and kissed softly her neck. "You think Murasaki? Maybe I should be harsher next time."

She hit his shoulder laughing. "Liar."

Feith still couldn't believe that Murasaki was his. After few centuries of restoring Heaven Feith and Raphael were astonished to find an Angel flying towards the Third Division. When Feith finally had noticed the long purple hair, he had flown with the speed of a falcon, taking Murasaki into his arms. Apparently, after a discussion between Him and Death, Murasaki's soul was granted amnesty and she chose to live together with Feith.

He was the only Lord who had taken a mate. Feith leaned and kissed softly her cheeks and then her lips. Murasaki smiled at his kiss flaring her wings. They were grey, except the purple feathers at the endings of her wings. The same applied to her hair and eyes. Murasaki never lost her purple hair and violet eyes, despite the fact that she hated tunics and dresses.
