Murasaki was screaming. Not in pain but in war bliss. Feeling the battle rage into her core she continued falling and falling, deeper and deeper into the black mass, which had entered the Heaven Realm. She was feeling like the Hindu goddess Kali heading to war, eager to please her blood thirst. Well, at least she was counting out the blue skin.

The sswishhh of grey wings on her right made Murasaki smile. Feith's face was concentrated on the raging battle below them, his grey eyes glowing with the power he held. Despite the fact he was exiled from Heaven, his powers seemed to manifest to their fullest. Murasaki couldn't help but shiver from anticipation.

Her man was a warrior.

"We are heading straight to Earth. No stops for fights!" he shouted as they drew closer and closer to the horde "am I understood?"

"Yes, anata!" Murasaki shouted back, not bothering to hide her laugh.

Feith glared at her with fake anger, as Arsenia and Leonard laughed behind them. The two had each others' backs, a silent agreement which propably would become something more. If they survive, Murasaki thought grimly, not daring to look back.

There were too many reasons to worry, to doubt tomorrow. Everything was already collapsing around them. "Murasaki" Feith's voice made her turn "whatever it is, we stick up together. Deal?"

Swallowing back the lump of emotion, Murasaki nodded. "Deal."

"Okay people! Let's slice them up!" Leonard shouted and the four of them dove into the blackness.

Claws, talons and horns greeted them but the four didn't stop to wonder. Metal flashed, scythes, swords and axes moved as Feith with Murasaki at the front opened the way towards Earth with Leonard and Arsenia covering their back. A bull like lower Demon with claws instead of hooves charged against Feith at first. The Angel leapt above him made a full turn and cutting his head. Murasaki followed suit using the aura of her two katanas to create a barrier in front of them, as they continued to fly down.

Behind them, Arsenia and her pink scythe glowed as she slashed against the lizard Demons whose jagged teeth stank of venom. Leonard with his double scythes, swirled above her, his cape a mass like black wings and his smile was twisted from joy as he killed the Demon who came from Arsenia's left. "Thanks." She mumbled breathlessly and the two clasped their hands.

As they flew down to Earth, a roar of fury made even the battling Angels and Demons stop for a moment. The silence was deafening even in that tiny second of numbness. But everyone felt it, from the lower Demons to the strongest Gladiators. Evil had seeped into Heaven and its taint was so great that the skies darkened and the clouds turned black, as if a storm was coming.

Feith knew who was behind this roar and prayed for Shiro not to be harmed. The idea of the crow Demon who had put his life in danger, warning them, made the Angel fly faster. He wanted Kyoko and Tomo safe and his Inspector side wanted Christin, even Rath out of harm's way.

"We'll get them Feith." Murasaki replied as if she had read his thoughts and together they dove below the clouds, leaving the black madness behind them.

Marco

"What in the name of Creation are you doing?" Death screeched through our scythe link.

Seriously the old man needed to go on vacation; like take Golden Skies, the spirit of the shaman woman whom he loved like a sick puppy and go to Pluto. I was sure the freezing temperatures would be very appealing to them.
