Prince Norman didn't know what to say at first. But he wasn't good at lying. Barbra had proven that.

"I..."

His voice cracked and he started again.

"Yes. I did."

Taking the blame was the only thing he could think of.

For a while, King Yuugo just watched Norman's eyes. And Prince Ray watched, eager to see the consequences.

But for a boy who had been with his father for so long, Prince Ray didn't seem to know King Yuugo that well, as King Yuugo was a very chill guy.

Sometimes he could abruptly get upset, like when he found out Diana died, or when his Father was killed a year ago, but he has found very few bits of peace after Norman arrived.

"Okay." King Yuugo replied and shrugged.

Prince Ray's hand shook and he looked at Norman and then at his father.

"Are you not going to do anything?" Prince Ray asked, his tone of voice was slow but shaking.

"What did you expect me to do? Lock him up in a dungeon? Kill him?" King Yuugo started laughing. "But the person he brought here is from an enemy kingdom!" Ray shouted. "So?" King Yuugo asked. "So aren't you going to send her out?!" Prince Ray highered his voice. "Calm down. I will, we've already removed all of her records of her being here," Yuugo replied. "on top of that, we also found out that she came here on her own will, she wanted to visit Norman. Not Norman wanting her to come here. Besides, even if the kingdom found out that we had someone from their kingdom inside of here, then they would freak. They wouldn't attack on us, they would think we're holding her hostage and that would also mean Watchout would be more intense. So thats why it's best to pretend it never happened, and leave the whole matter." King Yuugo's reasoning made sense, and Ray stopped trying. But instead he stormed out of the office.

"You never listen to me!" Prince Ray shouted. His face was hot, and he couldn't even tell when he made his way to the Library.

It was his comfort place.

Once he opened the door, he walked to the shelves and knocked some of the books down purposely, then he just collapsed on the table and covered his head.

"U-um...P-prince Ray? Are you okay?" Anna approached him. She was supposed to be dusting and got a fright when he entered.

He didn't respond. He didn't feel like responding. He needed some time to think. Or just to clear his head.

Maybe I overreacted?
Of course I overreacted...

"Prince Ray?" Anna asked a bit louder. Ray turned around sluggishly and sighed, but when he noticed it was Anna Who was there he turned up right and put on a smile.

"Are you okay?" She asked. "Yes I'm fine." Prince Ray fake-smiled. He had to do that a lot in the past for banquets or parties, and it looked very displeasing.

He doesn't look okay.
He looks sad. Scared too. Lonely but angry.
Or maybe he is okay, I'm not too close to him so I don't know much about him, but his expression. It's not...what's the word? Geniune.

"S-so what are you doing here?" His voice shook. "Um, maid work." Anna replied. "This may be rude, I apologise if I am. But are you really alright, you seem a bit overwhelmed." Anna said to him. "I'm fine really. Nothing to worry about." Prince Ray stood up and took a book from a shelf. "I started reading another series. Have you read this one?" Prince Ray asked as he held up another book. Anna shook her head. "Then we can read it together because I'm only on Chapter One and it only took me ten minutes to get there." Prince Ray walked over to the table.
