it was a warm day in late august, when jisung, changbin and another boy had come to minho's bakery. the boy clung onto changbin, and minho assumed that they were soulmates.

he had gotten a lot closer with both changbin and jisung over the last few months, and even if they trusted him now, and might even trust him if he told them that he and jisung really are soulmates, he didn't want to take a chance. what if they got mad, left and never came back? yeah he'd rather stay silent and just hope he could at least be their friend.

minho prepared to make the espresso shots even before jisung, changbin and the freckled boy told him what they wanted. they always got the same things anyways.

"hi hyung!" changbin greeted. minho smiled and greeted back.

"three iced americanos, a piece of raspberry cheesecake and a piece of brownie, please" changbin continued. minho nodded. he figured the brownie was for the new boy, but he wasn't sure.

"i'll bring it over in a second," minho replied, before continuing with their order.

he finished quickly and put everything on a tray to serve. he put it on the table in front of the boys and transferred their food and drinks from the tray onto the table.

"thank you, hyung," jisung said with a big smile.

"oh hyung," changbin suddenly exclaimed. minho looked over at him with a confused smile.

"this is felix, my soulmate!" he continued. minho smiled widely at the young boy. he greeted with a small bow.

"nice to meet you, felix-ssi."

"you too, minho hyung. wait can i call you hyung?"

minho nodded at the cute boy with a smile.

"i hope you enjoy your coffee and cake." felix nodded happily. felix seemed to have a lot of energy, and minho already liked the younger boy. not as much as he liked jisung, of course, but still.

minho went back behind the counter, waiting and serving a few other customers, when the door opened and a loud voice screamed his name.

"hi innie, hi minnie," minho greeted his two friends. "i would appreciate it, if you didn't yell like that inside, innie."

jeongin pouted and seungmin immediately turned to minho and shook his head disappointed.

"you made the baby sad!" he exclaimed and quickly turned to hug jeongin, who barely escaped seungmin. jeongin shrieked. he clearly didn't want a hug.

"minho hyung, help! don't let him get me!" jeongin yelled out as he ran behind the counter to use minho as his shield.

"both of you. stop it," minho said, and surprisingly they did. "now, can i get you anything or are you just here to scare away customers?"

"we don't scare away customers, hyung!"

"yeah, we don't!"

"you kinda do though," minho said and made jeongin get out from behind the counter.
