Chapter 8

Mark's POV:

I drove to Sandy's house. From the outisde of her house... it looked like a dump... not to be rude.

I got down with her. We went through the back door and we went inside. We both ran to her room.

She gathered her items then we heard it. Someone was here. She looked scared.

"My m-mom and d-dad are here..." she said and my eyes went big. We looked around and we found the window.

I ran to the door and locked it. It made a really REALLY loud noise. Then i heard them comming upstairs.

Shit!! We both managed to escape safely with her stuff. We forgot to close the window. Oh no..

He ran to my car and got in. I saw her dad look over at us. I had on sunglasses and wore a beanie.

He won't recognize me. Well.. he shouldn't.. he never met me. I saw him yell something then run away from the window.

I then stepped on the gas and was out of there in five seconds. I turned corners to loose him if he followed me.

Me and Sandy laughed once out of there. She held my hand and pulled off my beanie and shades.

"Why you takin off mah shades gurl?" I asked her in a sassy voice. She laughed.

"Cuz we are fine! Don't hide your cute self." She replied and I blushed.

Im gonna ask her out when we get home. We arrived at my apartment. There was a car that pulled behind me. Oh well.

I ran to the other side of the car and opened the door for Sandy to come out.

She came out. She got her stuff in one hand and grabbed my hand with the other. I locked my door and headed inside.

We went up to my apartment. I led her to my/her room and she put her bag in the corner then leaped in the air.

I caught her and she giggled. I kissed her nose which made her giggle even more.

"Sandy?" I asked her.

"Yes Markimoo?" She said and put her head in the crook of her neck.

"Will you go out with me?" I asked still holding her bridal style.

"Yes i will" she said and kissed my neck. I moaned silently and she giggled.

There was a knock at the door. I decided to take Sandy with me. I still carried her and told her to look out of the peep hold.

She then went stiff in my arms and whispered for me to go upstairs and hide. I took both of us and went upstairs.

We went into the bathroom. We hid under the sink in the cabinet. Surprised we could still fit. We then heard a my door break

down.

She moved closer to me.

"Who was it?" I whispered to her wrapping an arm around her shoulders holding her close.

"My dad.." she said and wrapped both arms around my waist and put her head in the crook of her neck.

"Saaandyyyyy! Where are youuuuuu?" We heard her dad say.

We heard the bathroom door break down amd we both jumped a bit. He didn't check under the cabinets.

Good. We didn't get caught. Holy shit.. that was close.

We saw a shadow outside of the cabinets. Then it was gone. We weren't gonna come out of there.

Not until we know he's gone. Then her phone buzzed. She pulled it out and saw it was her dad.

She looked up at me. I grabbed the phone and answered it for her.

"Hello?" I said.

"Who the fuck are you?" He asked me sounding mad.

I looked into her eyes and nodded. "I'm Sandy's boyfriend." I replied.

"Haha! My Sandy? Sandra Robinson? You've got to be kidding! Nothin is good about her!" He said.

Im glad she can't hear this. I started getting angry.

"No one says that about her!" I growled into the phone.

"Ooohh scaryyyy!" He said. "Im so fucking scared." He said.

I rolled my eyes then hung up. I was done talking to him.

"What hap-" Sandy got cut off because he called again.

"What bastard?" I answered it again earning a giggle from Sandy and me smirking.

"I will find you. Then I will beat Sandy." He said to me.

"Over my dead body. I will always protect her. No matter what." I said. All I only got a hysterical laugh from him.

I hung up the phone.

"Sandy... I will always protect you... I love you.." i said kissing her lips.

"I love you too Marky.." she replied.
