They ordered some McDonald's in Uber eats which arrived about 10 mins after.
"Can't believe how much you eat" jack laughed and scarl just sat there and gave her a moody face!
"Well at least I don't eat gherkins in my burgers" scarl said back and jack took one out and started dangling it in front of scarletts face who started screaming.
"So tell me about you" Scarlett said after they finished their food.
"Ummm I play for Man City, obviously , I am 17 and I'm learning to drive. I am making my way through the system and getting into first team training. Ummm I'm doing the college program at the city academy" jack shrugged
"Ye I don't care about that superficial stuff, what did you do at school, funny stories, family , worst memory, biggest fear" scarl said and jack shrugged
"umm got a little sister, year below you actually. Got a dog, miss him. Umm school was alri never really went cos of training and scared of nothing" jack laughed and scarl rolled her eyes
"Ye ye scared of nothing! And what's your sister called?"
"Ellie, she's a good kid. She loves netball, proper good at it she is" jack smiled and scarl could tell that he loved her a lot.
"Anyway, your never meeting her so no point finding out more!" Jack laughed "what about you then, miss I eat 20 nuggets and a burger and chips and ice cream"
"Ahahaha Im an athlete what can I say ! got an older brother, goes Manchester met and studies sports, he's awesome, he's 19 and we get on dead well. Live in Leeds but got a call up to Man City last night and now in less than 24hrs I am living my dream, ummm ain't got a dog but always wanted one and I'm scared of spiders" scarl said fast and then took a breath, jack smiled at her and nodded and scarl looked confused
"WhT?" She said
"Nothing, just made me happy how you said your life has changed in 24hrs. I must of been a part of that!"
"Pahaha all about you is it!! Nah I'm joking, ye I guess your part of it as your my new roomie" scarl joked and put the rubbish in the bin, she walked over to his bedroom and looked confused
"You ain't got a bed to sleep in?"
"Nope, need to get one tomorrow" jack laughed
"I've got a pillow and a blanket you can have, the sofa is comfy!" Scarl said and got the stuff and laid it on the sofa for him who smiled.
"Sleep well, scarl, thank you" jack smiled and scarl nodded and said it back as she walked away he pulled her back and hugged her.
"Thought you looked cold" jack said
"Ahaha nah you just wanted a hug" scarl laughed and went into her room and closed the door, they both took a deep breath and turned the lights off.
Scarlett laid down in bed and snapped back her friends to let her know what she's been up to, she snapped the boy she's suppose to be talking to but she just couldn't be bothered. He asked to FaceTime her which she agreed for and she spoke to him for a bit but she couldn't stop thinking about the boy who was on the other side of her door. She hung up saying she was tired and laid in her bed wide awake as she heard footsteps. She got up and went into the living area to find Jack getting some water.
"Sorry did I wake you?" He asked and she shrugged
"Eh I was on FaceTime"
"Oh we're you? Everyone missing you back home are they!"
"Ye I guess" scarl whispered and went back to her room.

They got up the next morning and decided to go to Tesco to get some food shopping before they both started training again.
"Pasta" Scarlett shouted and jack nodded and picked some up and put it in the trolly

"Who's josh Rodgers?" Jack asked and scarl shrugged
"No clue, the boy if a timed last night. It's complicated alright" scarl said and jack just nodded and left it as that
