-Stormfur and Brook had two kits: Lark that Sings at Dawn (she-kit) and Pine that Clings to Rock (tom).
-Although Jayfeather refers to Half Moon as Stone Teller in Sign of the Moon, in The Last Hope, she is only called Half Moon, not Stone Teller. Doubt had gone around among the fans as they debated on whether or not she took the name and rank, or just the rank. It was later confirmed in The Sun Trail that she did take the name.
-Blackstar is the only cat who was deputy to two leaders.
