Ch.10 Hearts and Eyes

(Eret's POV)
I was at the construction site of my castle helping out with what I can, we finished the structure within a few days but it was still unfinished. I watched Dream and Sapnap argue for a bit while George was finishing the throne room, I sigh feeling lonely and sad 'She wouldn't be happy if I was like this back then, but I threw it all away for a stupid crown' I thought as the memory of us laughing together went by and then her broken expression back at the cell. "Yo Eret you ok?" George said next to me making me jump, "Ye-Yeah, Im fine, just taking in the view heh" I say rubbing the back of my neck trying to look normal, 'To hell with normal I hurt them and now she will never forgive me' "It's about L'manburg isn't it?" George asked not even buying my cover up. "So, it's in the past isn't it" I say with anger, "Chill! Chill, look I spoke with (Y/n) and Tubbo before the incident they are fine, well I think they are..." "Wait, what incident? What happened?" I asked confused "Wait, you didn't know? They attempted an escape when I left, Tubbo got away but (Y/n) got hurt badly, she tried to take her life for Tubbo to escape. I was worried when they came back with (Y/n) and Sapnap told me what happened." I stood there for a moment, shocked at what I heard 'SHE DID WHAT! I have to see her!' I grabed George by his shoulders and yelled "WHERE IS SHE NOW" George was startled but I didn't care, it's my fault she was in this mess in the first place so I need to fix it, "S-she's at the house with Bad and Skeppy, but you shouldn't go-" I let him go and ran to the house.

(Badboyhalo's POV)
I was reading a book in the room I was staying in with (Y/n), Skeppy came by earlier to check up on us tho he left to go get something. I then hear someone running, getting closer till they burst opened the door making me jump, "WHAT THE MUFFIN!" I shout but then looked to see Eret at the door out of breath staring at (Y/n). "S-sorry Bad but, I had to see her" I sigh but nodded knowing his reason, Eret walked over to (Y/n) and knelt beside the bed holding her hand, "(Y/n)! I'm so SO sorry, I should of stayed with yall in L'manburg." His tears slipping under his sunglasses, "Do you need a moment with her?" I ask Eret and he nodded so I left the room and closed the door. I waited outside the room for a while and waited for Eret to let me in, I didn't notice the front door open and the sound of foot steps till someone tackled me, "GAH" I fell down only to fall on the person who tackled me "OUCH! BAD GET OFF!" I quickly stood up to see Skeppy getting up as well "WHAT THE MUFFIN SKEPPY! WHAT WERE YOU THINKING!" I yelled scolding him "You weren't paying attention so I tackled you! Also I made some muffins, thought we could share and give some to (Y/n) when she wakes up" Skeppy holds up a bag of muffins while rubbing the back of his neck. I sighed and was about to say something but Eret called for me to enter.

(Your POV)
I was stuck in a black abyss wandering around, nothing except darkness was present, at least until I came upon a door, I opened it not really thinking and walked through. I hear voices, they sounded like a women and man, the world shifts to a blurry village, 'Wait, this wasn't right, I never seen this place before' as I get closer to the voices the world begins to disappear as I start to fall, I try to scream but no sound came out, then everything went black.
I start to open my eyes only to be blinded with light, I blink a few times but it didn't work, I try to move my arm to block the light but was met with a sudden pain, I groan to the feeling and heard a voice call out. "Who-who's there?" I asked I finally adjusted to the light and looked to see a man in black and red clothes, actually, his skin was black and his eyes were white and glowing. Ey....Hey....Hey, Can you hear us?" I hear him say, I slowly nodded, his voice was soft and gentle, "Good, do you remember me, or anything?" I thought for a moment even tho my head hurt, then it clicked, everything rushed back into my head. "Wait, you're BadBoyHalo right?" I asked my voice dry, "Yes! But you can call me Bad, and this here is Skeppy, and Eret is here too" I looked around and saw a guy I never seen and Eret sitting close to me, I wanted to push him away because I was still upset but I couldn't really move. "(Y/n)! Are you ok? Im so sorry, I should of protected you but I didn't, and now this happened" Eret said looking broken and sad, I felt most of the anger leave because I could feel the guilt that was weighing him down, I can't bring myself to hate him even after everything he did, I just couldn't, not for long at least. I was about to say something until Bad handed me some water, "You need to drink some water, it will help your throat" I nodded and drank the water feeling better after it was gone, "Would you like a muffin? They are (f/flavor)" I quickly nodded and he handed me a muffin, Bad took one as well as Eret. We all sat there enjoying our muffins and talked until we hear the door open. "Oh good you're awake".

(Dream's POV)
I was heading back to the house because we finished up the castle for Eret, I was tired and wanted to sleep. As I walked down the hall I noticed some sound coming from Bad and (Y/n)'s room, curiosity filled my head and I put my ear on the door, "The muffins are good" That sounded like (Y/n)... WAIT. I opened the door without them noticing and stood there for a second thinking what to say, she looked so happy and bright it made my heart melt 'I wish it was just me she would be around' I put my mask back on and straightened up "Oh good you're awake" everyone stopped and looked twords me, some were caught off guard and some annoyed, "D-Dream! I thought you were still finishing Eret's castle?" Bad said while (Y/n) looked at him "Im sorry, WHAT!" She asked in shock I smirked under the mask 'oh this will be interesting' "Oh yah King Eret has a castle now since he is the ruler, under my law of course" I say walking over to them. I was about to laugh but Eret spoke up, "But its not the same (Y/n)! I...I lost everything for a crown that only burdens me" he tried to explain, "Are you sure, you're the one who came to me with the deal, if you're so sorry then why did you accept the crown after the betrayal?" I teased knowing he's slowly falling "But I had to! You said no choice when you-" I put my hand up "If you keep talking back I will remove your title and kill off L'manburg" I said in a low tone. He flinched and stayed quiet, earning a look from (Y/n) who seemed to be observing his reactions, 'Just try and find hope in him, I already took it away after the battle' "Now since (Y/n) is awake I will have to lock her back up so she doesn't run" "But she's still-" Bad began but I cut him off "I will take care of her from now on" everyone looked at me like I was crazy, well, they're not wrong, I was about to leave until I heard (Y/n) speak up "I would rather stay with Eret than be locked back in a cell" I was shocked for a second along with the others but recovered quickly "You'll do as I say or your revolution will end in blood" I looked to see how she will react but she didn't break 'Oh I'm going to enjoy this' and walked out to my room.

(Tubbo's POV)
I was curled up in my bed sobbing, 'she's still out there probably in pain' I was hugging Tubbee, my plush that Tommy and (Y/n) made for me, she always called it Tubbee because I would never put it down for the first few weeks I got it. I hear loud knocking on my door "BITCH GET OUT OF THERE YOU'VE BEEN IN THERE FOR HOURS NOW! HAVE YOU EVEN GONE TO THE BATHROOM?" Tommy shouted, I know he's trying to help but even he cried over this, I saw it last night. The knocking stopped for a second but then was met with a slam, I jolt up and see that Tommy broke the door open "TOM-" "NOPE! DON'T SAY A THING" I looked at him confused "You have been a mess after we came back from the search, and you know what! It's fine, until you shut your door on us! So listen up Tubbo cause Im only gonna say this once!" I sat there with tears still going down "When did (Y/n) ever say to give up! SHE DIDN'T! So get your ass up and stand tall because we will not let her down. I need my best friend man, and while (Y/n) isn't here to straighten us up then I will take up the challenge! Now wheres that goofy little guy named Tubbo!" I instantly straightened up and shouted "HERE!" Tommy then nodded and gave me the info on what was going on while I was locked away. I will not let this hold me back, I can't if I'm going to save (Y/n), she was the one who kept us alive so I'm going to stay alive! I stand up saluting Tommy and we both walked out of my home. I see Wilbur and Fundy finishing the clean up and build of our land, 'From now on We will be then ones to keep her safe' I thought and went to help the others.

(Your POV)
I was trying to stand up with the help of Bad and Eret while Skeppy watched because Bad told him to stay put, "Try moving your legs again, the wounds shoul be small now" Bad told me and I obeyed, to my surprise I wasn't in pain anymore and started to walk around, with Eret right by my side just in case "Good now let's see if you can walk far enough to the kitchen, I bet you are hungry!" Bad cheered and we started to walk down to the kitchen. As we walked I saw that Eret still had his shades on, so me being me I walked infront of him backwards "What are you doi-" before he could finish I grabbed his shades making him panic and try to cover his eyes but I grabbed his hands before he could but his eyes were closed now "Why do you hide your eyes?" I asked him, "Because you wouldn't like them... Not many do" he said "Bull, I want to see you eye to eye for once, and if you don't open your eyes right now I will open them for you" I told him knowing he's not gonna unless I do "F-fine but I warned you" he sighed and opened his eyes, I stared at him for a moment in awe, they were amazing, his eyes were all white but they glowed softly as if the light of heaven was in them "See? They're-" "Beautiful" I said softly making him pause, "What?" Eret asked in confusion "They're beautiful! It's like the light of heaven is in your eyes!" (Anyone just love Eret because he is adorable?) He looked at me while red was growing on his face "You mean it?"

So I don't know if anyone noticed but I use He/Him pronouns on Eret because its easyer to write and for my brian, I know he uses other pronouns but for the sake of my brain XD I love Eret tho, he really is an amazing guy, wish I could met em!
