Deep in the night within a large forest, screams of pain and suffering rang out as bones snapped and blood painted the trees. A large shadowed monster feasted upon a corpse as multiple body parts surrounded it along with some basic weapons and the whole area around the monster was just covered in blood.

"More." The monster stated as he took a bite.

"More!" The monster stated as he took another bite.

"More!" The monster stated as he finished his meal by eating the head of the corpse whole.

He smirked as blood dripped from his mouth, yellow eyes shining brightly within the forest "More."

Law sat on the bar stool watching the guild members go crazy and party. She really didn't understand why a group of people would throw a party of someone they haven't ever met and were just afraid of a moment ago but she didn't want to ruin their day and just kept quiet.

Of course she wasn't allowed any alcohol, not that she wanted any, so a girl working at the bar had given Law a glass of orange juice while the adults drank beer to their hearts content. She looked to see Makarov down the stairs from his office and approach her with his hands behind his back.

"So Law, how are you enjoying the party?" Makarov asked.

"Your wizards are a bunch of drunks." Law stated.

Makarov laughed "That they are but they get the job done when the situation calls for it."

"I guess." Law said with a shrug.

Makarov hopped onto the counter of the bar and revealed what was in his hand. It was a black stamp with the Fairy Tail symbol embedded onto it.

"To officially be a member of Fairy Tail Law, you will have to bear our symbol." Makarov stated and Law nodded "Good. Now where do you want it and what color?"

"Black." Law responded as she raised her left hand and gestured to the back of her palm.

Makarov stamped the back of her hand and upon removing it, a black Fairy Tail symbol was left behind. Law stared at her hand and examined the newest mark on her body for a moment then she grabbed her sword and jumped off the bar stool.

"If you need me, I'll be at the tables in the back." Law stated, walking away before Makarov could ask any questions.

She wasn't joining in with the festivities to be mean, it was just the way she was honestly. Law preferred a quiet place where she could hear herself think and just relax. She didn't mind loud people, she was just not a loud person herself and even though this party was in her honor, she would not be the life of it.

Law sat down at one of the empty tables in the back and put her feet up, covering her eyes by pulling her hat down and leaning back to relax. She was enjoying this moment. Even though the party was loud, being at the back lessened the noise a bit and no one was bothering her which was all she could ever ask for as of now.

Her peaceful relaxation was suddenly interrupted by the seat across from her being pulled and someone sitting down. She frowned and raised her hat, glaring at the person in front of her.

"Hi." The person, who was a girl about the same age as Law, greeted.

The girl was very pretty with long flowing brown hair and dark blue eyes. She wore an orange tank top and over it was a light green dress with white straps, a blue armband on her left arm and brown sandal shoes. This was Cana Alberona, rookie mage and was the only wizard of Fairy Tail who was a child before Law joined.
