As the akuma came, it had akumatized one of the staff members. So Ladybug and Chat Noir both of course showed up and started fighting off the akuma. This villain's name was Queen Babble. The akumatized victim was Ms. Mendeleiev, the class wouldn't listen to her so she got aggravated and then that's when Hawkmoth took the chance to akumatize her. Queen Babble's special powers were forcing people to speak their greatest secrets when struck by her iridescent beam from her fists. She also had super agility just like Ladybug and Chat Noir so she could fight too.

Once Chat Noir and Ladybug came out and started fighting her, Ladybug straight away found where the Akuma was hidden. The Akuma was hidden in Queen Babble's ring she was wearing during the class, I guess she wasn't holding anything so that was Hawkmoth's best option. But that wasn't going to be easy for Ladybug and Chat Noir to get off of her to release the Akuma. As they were fighting Ladybug was struck with the beam. So now she had to rely on her movements and Chat to guess or infer what she was trying to communicate. But now she couldn't call out her lucky charm, so this fight was more of a challenge now.

As they kept fighting and Chat dodging the beams, Ladybug motions for Chat to come into an alleyway so when Queen Babble wasn't looking, he did just that. Ladybug texted him on her bug phone, the plan. Her plan was for Chat Noir to get his cataclysm ready, and then he would go to Queen Babble and cataclysm her ring, and now he doesn't have to worry about dodging the beams because he won't need to talk. Such a simple plan, she didn't know why she couldn't think of it sooner, maybe she was just overwhelmed with her not being able to speak. As Chat Noir went back out to fulfill the plan, he was struck, just as expected. Ladybug started to fight off Queen Babble so Chat could get close to her ring. But just as Chat was almost there Queen Babble struck Ladybug, not with a beam, but with her fist. Chat didn't notice and cataclysmed her ring. Then there was left Ms. Mendeleiev. Chat quickly stood up and noticed Ladybug. He saw her hurt and couldn't bear it himself even though he was fine, well physically. He swooped her up and used his baton to swing onto a roof for some privacy. He looked at her body, it looked lifeless. He started to cry, he didn't know what to do, so he did the only thing he knew how to, He took Ladybug to Master Fu.

Chat left the room to respect Ladybug's identity. As Master Fu was working Tikki flew out. Tikki looked almost lifeless herself. Master Fu worked his magic on Tikki and then once Tikki grew strong enough to wake up again so did Marinette. Master Fu explained how Tikki and Marinette are connected now. So as long as one gets better both will. But Marinette was still pretty rough. She was wounded. Bad. She had scratches, bruises, and a couple broken bones. Marinette didn't know what she would tell her parents. She didn't want anyone to make the connection between Ladybug's injury and her injury. But the most important thing was for her to get better so Marinette and Ladybug could be okay. She knew as Ladybug she would be a lot stronger because of the magic suit. But she didn't know if she could fight. Master Fu brought out a wheelchair, she did have a broken leg, but he wanted her to relax more so he used a wheelchair instead of crutches. Master Fu asked Chat Noir to leave so he could escort Marinette out. Marinette then went to her house and said she fell down the stairs of her school to her parents. They were happy she was okay, but horrified when they saw her condition.

When Adrien went to bed that night, he cried and cried. He covered his face in his silk white pillow to cover up his heartbroken sobs. He knew this wasn't good. He knew Ladybug was wounded.
