Just Some BTS Ao3 Reccs

Preview, Disclaimer, a Few Rants :3

*Knock Knock*

*I open the door, my head pops through the crack and looks both ways*

*I notice you standing there awkwardly*

"You here for the fics?"

*You lean against my door frame and nod frantically*

*I nod and usher you into my office*

And voila!

That's how your trip begins, my little curious ones! No, but in all seriousness, I got some BTS Fanfics that will send you to....mars...or like....heaven...or something. Either way, you will almost certainly be transported into another universe. 

And you will not regret it! That is until you start sobbing after finally finishing reading something amazing. Or possibly, after you become sadly addicted- always craving another enticing read after rapidly finishing a ff I just recommended you. Ahh, I remember those days. Not fun! but oh well! 

Its the price we pay for fine ass literature ;3

Now, a few disclaimers:

I do NOT own the fanfics that I recommend. Granted, I am an avid writer, but this is not self-promotion for my own works.  I am simply sharing absolutely stunning and well-written fanfics I have read, because they turned my life, and many other reader's lives, UPSIDE DOWN. In essence, I am just darn-well COMPELLLLED to share, because that's how amazing these are.

Next off, the majority of these are on Archive of Our Own (ao3). Oops. Sorry, Wattpad-Readers. I am not discrediting Wattpad writers, as I have read MANY amazing Fanfics on Wattpad as well.  However, I have noticed that some ao3  fics are a bit more advanced (in the style of writing/grammar/word choice, etc.), and this is *again* not to discredit Wattpad books, just something I have noticed with a few of the ao3 fics I have encountered so far. Also, I will have the stories linked so that it is easy for you to find :3 I also have a couple of Wattpad Reccs too!

Also, *ahem*

A lot of the fics are BxB (boy x boy) and I know what some of you might be thinking, 

"ahhHHHH NoOO I PrEfer Y/N!!!"

Okay, okay, I was once that person too. But then I had an epiphany (ha ha) and well, now I just like the story simply because of the story itself. Two people, coming together, and WAPOW. Magic. Everywhere.

(NOTE:  I DO NOT SHIP THE MEMBERS IN REAL LIFE. THESE ARE WORKS OF FICTION AND ONLY THAT. I ACTUALLY READ A LOT OF THEM FOR THE WELL-THOUGHT PREMISE (I.e mafia leaders, gangs, time travel, pirates), NOT TO SEE TAEKOOK OR YOONMIN OR ANY OTHER SHIP BROUGHT TO LIFE. THOUGH I AM INDEED A HOPELESS ROMANTIC, I AM SMART ENOUGH TO FATHOM THAT THESE WORKS ARE SIMPLY PRODUCTS OF OUR MIND, OUR IMAGINATION, OUR CREATIVITY. I WOULD NEVER FORCE A SHIP ON ANYONE, NOT BTS, NOT ANY OTHER GROUP, NOT ANY PERSON. FORGIVE ME THOUGH, BECAUSE I HAVE LEARNED TO LOVE THE SIMPLICITY OF AO3 FICS, REGARDLESS OF ANY SHIP OR SEXUALITY. )

Sorry, I am not a saint when it comes to fanfics I read, I sincerely apologize. Still, the majority of these fics are extremely accessible, and you can just slide right past any smut or anything else you dislike. Overall, the captivating aspect of the story should be enough for you to just ignore anything else that may be too mature for you, but if anything makes you uncomfortable, put your wits to good use and either skip past it or leave! 

Also, another note. I have found some fics that have severely twisted kinks and ideas. They have literally scarred me, and in no way would I wish to see someone have to read anything of the sort. In my personal opinion, you shouldn't be reading smut to sexualize the people it's about, or put your disturbing kinks into works just because it's a free platform. 

However, do note that some fanfics have disturbing scenes to prove a point. Some fanfics tackle ideas about toxic relationships, depression, self harm, r*pe. This is not to fulfil the author's sick and twisted imagination, but to approach these topics in a way that sheds light to the people reading. After reading fanfictions that tackled hard-to-confront ideas about society, I've grown as a person. I really have. 

(but read the tags always love. don't ever do anything you don't feel comfortable with. ever. For all you newbies, you'll see the tags when you click on a fic at the top.)

Please keep in mind that the list I put together is simply based on my own subjective criteria and preferences! What's good for me, may not be good for you! However, I do find these to be *some* of the very best (at least in characterization, writing style, yada yada) and I hope that anyone who reads this list will enjoy <3 I will continue to update as I read my way through fanfics!

I was wondering if I should characterize the kind of fanfiction it is (angst, fluff, au) but I don't want to spoil anything. In fact, loves, it's better if I don't say much at all, but I may include a *rant* at the BOTTOM of the page about things I enjoyed from the fic in case you want to come back and read. BUT always read the tags. Just please do. I know you don't want the spoils but you'll hurt yourself if there's something triggering in the book that you weren't expecting. Just do it.

Last off the list, make sure to share the love! Even if you find that a fic I recommend doesn't match your preferences, maybe take a look at some of the author's other works. You never know until you try, right? And PLEASEEE NO HATEEEE! I beg of you, please don't hate on any authors! They work so hard and give us a taste of some amazing free content. don't hate ;-;

I love all of the works I post in the recommendation, though I may distinguish my absolute favorites by a little star or heart. I'll see. They all deserve a read though.
