Before we start, I think House of Cards is definitely one of my favorites of all time. More so than anything I have read. But it is wildly disturbing, heart wrenching, foul, and anything under the sun. Made to make you see the world in a hundred shades of grey, twist your morals and ideas, this fanfic is not for the weak of heart. And I know, me saying this only makes you want to read it more, huh? But I'm not kidding. I thought I could handle it, just like you, and I quit reading it halfway through. It drove me insane, mad. But then I came back to it, and I couldn't have been more...glad I finished it. It's confusing, my feelings about this fanfic. Definietly a twisted, f*cked up work of art. Don't read it if you can be triggered. I'm not going to say easily triggered, because hun, it's going to trigger you regardless.
This is going to sound stupid, but maybe throw a coin if you want to read this write away or not. It'll either ruin you or ruin you. Proceed with caution, a f*ck ton.
Also, maybe read it after you read other fanfics.
