I woke up the next morning and niall looked at me and i turned around and all the blood was gone into my body and i sayed niall call the nurse and he sayed i did there on the way and i sayed okay and then the nurse came in and sayed Courtney your able to take this out eat something and then leave and i sayed thx you and she walked out and then someone came in with food i went into twitter and had horrible comments like unless, worthless, stupid and i loss my way of eating a while i been hiding it and trowed some food away and niall saw and came running over to me and sayed what you doing and how long and i sayed with tears in my eyes i sayed a while ago and peoples twitter comments and all and he picked up the phone and looked and saw and looked angry and sad and put it down and got up and left without saying anything.

My dad rang me and sayed hey and i sayed hi and he sayed want to come over and i sayed okay and got up and got dressed and i signed papers and left and got into the car and drove to my dads house and a while later i was there.

I knocked on the door and my dad answered and says come in and he says lets talk and what he says shocks you.

I sayed with tears coming down my eyes no he does love me and so what if he leaves early and i don't care about that picture.

Then i got up cause i heard enough and sayed dad i am leaving and i walked until he pushes me back down and my so called dad sayed sorry no i wont let you and pushes me into the basement. Then millie says your dad always loved Me and laught and left and then i called niall with tears in my eyes saying i need you i am at my dads house and hung up before he could reply lets hope he comes.

They my dad said no like he cared which he didn't and he walked away and millie kicked me and i felt blood and blacked out.

I woke up in the hospital and saw niall and he was crying and i sayed why you crying and he sayed you have been out for a week and then i looked and he had dark circles around his eyes and then he got up and tryed to hug me and i pushed him away but couldn't so i told him to stop and he sayes what's wrong and i sayed did you cheat on me and he says i swear i didn't i love you so much i swear i never do that and tears came down his cheek and i pulled him over and hugged him and sayed niall i love you too and he sayed no Courtney really you mean the world to me it hurt that every time i fall more and more in love with you and he kissed me.

I felt so much better now cause he made me feel better cause i new he loved me and it made me cry and he sayed why you crying and i sayed cause my dad used me and made me feel so stupid for thinking he could change i screamed and he hugged me and wiped my tears and pulled my face to his and sayed it be okay i promise you will always have me and i sayed thank you.

Then the doctor came in and sayed you are very lucky that you woke up so fast and your boyfriend got you to the hostipal just in time and i sayed i THC doctor and he sayed well your free to leave tommarow and i sayed okay even thought i wasn't sure if i wanted to leave i was snapped out of my thoughts by Niall he sayed are you okay and i sayed yeah and he sat on the bed and looked me in the eyes and sayed princess please tell me what wrong and i sayed i sayed to my sleep that day that its over with you but I don't know now cause you been always here for me and you do keep secrets from me too and its hurts me cause i still love you and you been here for me the hole week i been in a coma then he sayed Courtney i love you so much and cant lose you it killed me for the week i thought i did i thought this was my fault and i cut and cut and only stopped and no more secrets i promise i am just bad a caring so much about someone i never new i loved someone as much as you and i hugged him and sayed we have eachother and kissed him.

I got up and went to the bathroom's

And got dressed i decided on a pink plan summer dress with a lace belt and black pumps and black little jacket and left my hair down and put mascara and light pink lipstick on and left with no foundation cause i quite tan and walked out and Niall got up and sayed you look beautiful and i sayed thx and then he sayed i packed your things away their on the bed and i kissed him and sayed thx you and then we went to this cafe beside the hostipal and Niall pulled out my chair and i sayed thx and sat down and then he looked at me and keeped smiling and i sayed why you staring nialler and he sayed your just so pretty and i sayed thx you and i kissed him.

Then a wastress came and sayed can i take your order and keeped staring at Niall and she touched him and he pulled her hand away and took mine and we bought ordered pancakes and she walked away and i smiled and sayed you pushed her away and he sayed of course i did your the only girl i love and i blushed and sayed i love you nialler and i kissed him and then are food came and i started to eat then we were  finished and we got up and Niall payed and we walked out and got into the car and turned on the music and then we heared one direction got number 1 on the charts and night changes came on and we smiled and sang out on the top of are lungs.

Then we were outside the house i haven't seen in ages and i took a deep breath and Niall sayed you ready and i sayed lets just do this and Niall took my head and i got out and Niall opened the door and we walked in the lights were out and i turned them on and everyone jumped out and yelled surprise and i looked around and there was a huge welcome home sign and balloons and then everyone came over a hugged me and then i ask were ash was and they sayed gone out and i sayed okay and then luke turned up the music and Eleanor my besto came over and gave me a big hug and then gave me a present i opened it and there was half of a bestfriend necklace and braclete and Eleanor had the other half and i hugged her and sayed thanks.

Then Eleanor pulled me away and we danced together then Niall came and gave me a beer and we danced and we eat sweets and had fun and then about 12.10 ash came back and i gave him a big huge and then he gave me a present and i opened it and it was a diamond braclete with a love heart that sayed sister and i hugged him and sayed thx you and then we danced and then the song that Niall wrote little things came on and he took my hand and everyone froze and looked at us dance together and then the song was over and i smiled and Niall bended on his knee and sayed will you plz marry me in two weeks i have it all planned out Courtney and i love you and i know you sayed yes to me asking you to marry me before but so much has happened but i love you More and more each day so will you and he took out the most beautiful ring i ever seen and i sayed of course i will nialler.

Then it was 4am and the party cleared up and Eleanor was staying and zayn was staying at Perri's house and Danielle and Becky left and Austin left and the right the lived there stayed and then i went up and told Niall i tired and then harry sayed wanna Come to a party and i looked down and walk up the stairs when Niall sayed thx bud but not today and i smiled and we walked up the stairs and Niall kissed me and we watched a movie and i snuggled up to Niall.

A while later the movie was over and Niall humbled me a song and i looked up at him one more time and kissed him and sayed i love you nialler and Niall kissed me back and sayed i love you and then i feel asleep all warm in niall's arms for now .
