The class ended with my brain that keeps on wandering around.
"Hey, we may not be close, but are you okay? You seemed off than the usual."
Mild. The busy-body of the class.
"Just plain curious, but how do I usually act around?"
"I don't know, I mean, sure, you're usually quiet. But you're attentive when it comes to the professor's lesson. I know that we barely knew each other, but if ever you need a friend, I'm always here."
The mere thought of having an acquaintance scares me.
Because in the end,
They'll always leave me.
I gave him a timid smile, and I think he knew that I am not ready.
Yet.
"Alright. I will not force you to. Take care!"
As if on cue. He leave immediately and went to his group.
Am I really a handful?
Mew's.
I was too absorbed with my own thoughts when I bumped into someone.
I was about to apologize when the stranger apologizes first.
"I'm sorry."
"It's okay. I was not looking on my way either. Are you alright?"
"Yes, I'm okay. I'm sorry for blocking your way."
"Hey, no biggie. I'm Mew by the way."
I introduced myself, but to my surprise, his response was unlike the usual type.
"I'm running late. I'm sorry."
He immediately left while I was still recovering from my shock.
Did I do something wrong?
