Chapter 10

( I will be mostly using They/Them as well as other gender neutral adjectives for Eret, I apologize for any confusion in advance. Anyway, enjoy the chapter ! )

Wilbur got closer to the mic, eyes focused on that ONE piece of paper that, unknowingly would change a lot more than what Dawn or any person could ever think.

The results came rolling in as Wilbur started to read the sheet's content.

- " With 9 percent of the vote being 20,000 people or so In 4th place is COCONUT2020" The man exclaimed turning his head towards Fundy and his running mate.

But instead of being sad or dissapointed like Dawn would have thought, they were happy.

Fundy yelled out a "YEAHH-" wich got cut off by the mic while the person in armor next to the iron hybrid  let out a dissapointed "nooo" like when you lose a bet.

Both members of the party were happy that they had 20,000 people that voted for them and the blonde woman said in one of the most beautiful and happy  voice that Dawn has ever heard :

- " Thank you, Eret for your support !"

Since the armored person next to Dawn was the only one besides her (and the ones that voted) that was dissapointed  in their loss. She assumed they were Eret. Plus, when the lady said those words all eyes turned towards them, the rising sun reflecting of of the glasses they were wearing.

That moment however was broken when Quackity said:

- " the pity votes". those three words made the most of the people laugh including the members of the losing party.

After a moment where Tommy said that everyone was proud of the fox hybrid until Quackity sent almost everyone laughing again by saying something about coding his way into the election.

While Dawn did laugh at that second remark, the goat hybrid known as Schlatt didn't utter a single word or made a single noise which made the iron maiden even more uneasy.

- " With 16 percent of the vote " Wilbur continued annoncing the results after all members of COCONUT2020 had left the podium. "coming in 3rd place is SCHLATT2020".

As Wilbur turned to look at the ram hybrid the man let out a small gasp? of suprise although his yellow eyes didn't show any emotion.

- " Now that's a suprise." Eret said his deep voice catching dawn off-guard.

Wilbur continued while Schlatt slowly looked at Tommy.

- " Putting him in third in the popular vote. That leaves two parties left" Wilbur annonced turning towards Quackity and his running mate.

- " Big Q, look at me" Wilbur said taking a step towards SWAG2020.

- " Oh my lord hug me" Quackity said as he hugged his running mate for a second.

Wilbur continued -" This leaves the two major front-runners as the final option here" Quackity nodded his emotions hidden behind the shades he still had on. Wilbur got back to the results, the tension rising up both in the public and the podium.

- " In 2nd place, with 30 percent of the popular vote is..." the president paused as he reread the results before smiling " lead by the party leader Quackity".

The podium was filled by Tommy's loud victory scream and most of the publics cheers as two new people joined the crowd after Fundy and his running mate who both now had a similar revolutionary uniform as Tubbo, Tommy and Wilbur except theirs were a lighter shade of blue matching the lady's blue eyes.
