I have decided to stop making A/N except if its about the book itself and instead thank you guys here.
So once again, im amazed at the sheer numbers of reads this book gets. It might be nothing compared to other people's reader count but 100 readers already made me happy so more than 1 thousand was something I dreamed of.
We made past that point and I thank you all for that.
Anyway you guys are here for the chapter, so here you go, enjoy !

No one had come into the store for while now.
Dawn had decided to replant the crops on the third floor where her farm was, when she heard the entrance bell ring meaning someone had entered the store.
- " I'll be down in a minute" Dawn yelled, washing her hands before coming down the stairs. When she got to the counter, she saw the blonde woman who was with Fundy during the elections.
She was wearing a white shirt, with light blue overalls kept up by one strand ending in a yellow button which from afar looked like a flower.
She was looking around the room curiously, when she saw Dawn her expression darkened which confused the young trader.
-'Did I do something wrong ?' She thought before speaking "Hello, welcome to my shop what can I help you with ?".
The woman stared at her for a second before saying in a hostile tone.
- " Is this Schlatt's plan to shut down my bakery?"
The iron owner was confused and just responded with a "what ?".
- " Is that man planning to destroy everything I love ? Are you supposed to replace me or something ?" She continued her tone becoming more and more hostile.
- " Wait. You think Schlatt put me up to this ? You think I want to compete with your bakery ? which I didn't know was yours by the way." Dawn asked connecting the dots.
- " Hold on, so you're not opening a store because Schlatt ordered it ?"
- " No, no. This is my store, I built this before he was even elected. I wanted to do something that I like and that could be useful to everyone. My job as the secretery of defense may be important but my job as the owner of the store is simply like a hobby of mine." Dawn explained in a slightly panicked voice.
The lady seemed to calm down before asking in a softer voice,
- " So, what do you sell here ?"
- " Um, pretty much anything besides illegal items from the End, if you want I can stop selling bread and cake and instead supply you with items you may need to make your bread and pastries" was her answer.
That peeked the young woman's attention as she looked at Dawn.
- " I would appreciate that but can you please ask Schlatt to stop taxing me"
- " He was taxing you? I wasn't aware of that."
- " Are you aware of anything that happens in the cabinet ? does he tell you anything ?" She asked.
The way she asked that question made Dawn feel like she was being interogated, although if she was it would have been useless to ask about that since the cabinet member wasn't very aware of what was happening.
- " I don't actually know anything. All that I know is that I'm supposed to find and bring back to L'Manburg Tommy and Wilbur with Tubbo"
- " Huh, I guess that makes sense. Anyway when can we meet to discuss the suplying because im in dire need of apples, I've been working on some apple related pastries".
- " Well, normaly a normal apple costs two iron ingots because you have to search through the tree leaves for one which sometimes takes ages. But since I kind of intruded on your buisness I just want a free taste of one of the pastries you make with all the products I'll suply you with. I haven't eaten pastries in a while, is that alright with you.ummm..." Dawn only realised now that she didn't know her new buisness partner's name.
- " Nihachu, although most people call me Niki " Nihachu replied a small smile appearing on her face.
That smile changed the atmosphere completly, making Dawn smile as well although half of it was covered by her mask.
- " i'm Dawn, pleasure to meet and to make buisness with you Niki."
- " Likewise, so when should we meet up?"
After a while, the two decided to meet up after tomorow, Dawn would bring some apples and Niki would give her one of her more recently baked pastrie in return. The young golem couldn't wait to try out some of said treats.
The last time the golem had eaten anything sweet was when she saved a village from a raid and one of the farmers who barely made it out alive gave her a piece of cake as a thanks since he was old and didn't have anything to trade. That cake might have been plain but it was the feeling that counted and Dawn was grateful to get anything besides a 'Hero of the village' medal which, is an emerald with a metalic red ribbon under it. It's given to the player who sucesfully killed the raiders by the eldest Iron golem. That medal showed the villagers of that one village that you can be trusted and they generaly show their trust and gratitude by lowering their trading price.
Dawn had, during her travel, saved 10 villages from raids. The medals were all in her enderchest which is a chest that keeps your items in its own dimension and opens a new dimension for anyone else that opens it. Wich means that only you can acess what you put in it, anyone else will just see what they put in it but not your items.
Anyway, in the end Niki had to go back home.
- " Bye Dawn, I'll see you soon."
- " Bye Niki, I can't wait to try this Apo pie you mentioned ! "
The blonde woman laughed " It's called an apple pie but anyway, see you".
" See you" Dawn said as the door closed behind her new buisness partner.
After Dawn heard Niki's footstep go futher and futher away, she sighed.
- ' I'll have to ask Schlatt about this taxing thing. Also I need to figure out where exactly the exiled are before Tubbo gets scolded again. By the way, I should probably put all of Wilbur's old stuff in my basement since I don't really know what to do with it.' She thought as she cleaned the counter and placed the traps around the backrooms of the store.
It was 5pm, the rain had stopped a while ago and if she didn't go home before nightfall, not only would mobs start to come out of the caves into the woods then the plains but it would be harder to find her way back to her house.
So Daw installed the last security measures, closed the door then headed home, entering her house just as the sun dissapeared leaving the moon and it's monsters.
