"Now the one I least expected. Sam Wilson. You and I were close. I guess that's why it hurt so much. We used to tell each other everything. So why didn't you tell me my boyfriend cheated on me? But it wasn't just not telling me the truth that got your name on this list." Y/N's voice sounds more hurt on this tape.
"You're acting crazy, Y/N." Sam shakes his head as he walks through the door.
"I know he's hiding something from me, Sam." Y/N follows him through "I thought we told each other everything?" She scans his face for any hint at the truth.
"I'm telling you everything." Sam lies.
"I know you better than this, Sam." Y/N sighs.
"I thought you did." Sam shakes his head walking back out the room, leaving Y/N alone thinking about the interaction they just shared.
"But you seen Steve and Natasha kiss. More than once. So that's the real reason you're on these tapes. You lied to me." Y/N's voice sends shivers down Sam's spine as he thinks about what his words had done to her.
"Y/N's asking questions." Sam sighs as he walks into the room where Steve and Natasha were sat together "You need to be more careful else someone's going to get hurt." Sam frowns as he walks away leaving them with that warning.
"I always knew the truth. I just wanted to see who would tell me. Turns out your loyalties laid elsewhere." The pain in Y/N's voice is evident as the last line of the tape plays before the tape cuts out with a muffled cry.
