"He got those promotions only because he's sleeping with the project head" 

"Do you think talent has to do with all these promotions he's been getting, you know how it works"

"I never thought he'll be willing to do anything for money"

I snap out of these thoughts, as I park my car and walk to my apartment.

"I should be careful to not mix emotions into this, I want people to appreciate me because of my talent not because of some workplace relationships, I don't want to ruin my reputation on these emotions. I'll have to talk it out with boss that whatever happened yesterday was a one-time thing and won't happen ever again"

Thinking this I get ready for the office, I saw Chim's note stuck on the fridge about breakfast, I think he's worried about me, I'll give him a call later.

I reach the office and walk towards the lift preparing myself mentally, the lift doors were about to close and I see Namjoon entering inside. The lift was empty apart from us. He looked at me flashing his dimples,

"Good Morning Jinnie !!"

Jinnie !!! What's happening, before I could react, "I want to talk to you about yesterday nigh..."

"It's a one time thing" I say cutting him off, he looks at me with a blank expression.

"It was a mistake, I was drunk and everything, I didn't realize what I was doing ..", It's a lie , I was lying, I know I kissed him, I know I wanted it, but, 

I could visibly see his expression change.

"Mistake ?"

"Yes, Mistake, I don't mix work and pleasure". I walk out og the lift taking my seat, he didn't follow me.

~Namjoon~

I am standing in the lift dumbfounded as he walked away,

"I don't mix work and pleasure".. these words ringing in my ears. It definetly didn't seemed so last night, I could feel it in my guts it was not a mistake, it was a act of passion which we both wanted.

I didn't want to push him more, I silently walk into my cabin, I look at him before closing the door, his gaze was fixed on his screen.

~Jin~

"Jin Hyung, don't you need Boss's approval to process these files ?" Tae hands me over a bunch of files and goes back to his desk.

I sigh and start walking towards Namjoon's cabin, he is my manager and I cannot avoid him, I need to keep it professional. I enter the room upon permission.

"I need you to check these files out and sign them before I process" I hand him over the files, I could feel his eyes peircing through me.

"Jin about yesterday, I felt it was something more ..."

"I don't want to sleep with you for any office favours" I cut him off, grab the file back and walk out.

~Namjoon~

What the hell is he talking about. Office favours? Is he thinking that I am talking to him to get him into my bed. This is messed up. I need to tell him that I like him and this is above our work.

I walk up and open the doors of my cabinet and go back to my seat. I can see him sitting across staring at his screen. God he looks so beautiful.

I lost the track of time as I was staring at him, he didn't look back not even once.

"Trouble in paradise ?" I see Yoongi entering my room closing the door behind him.

"I don't know, I think he feels I am taking advantage of my position or something to get him into my bed. How do I explain him that I am genuinely interested in him."

"Namjoon-ah don't rush him, we don't know what made him think that way, now snap back and work we have loads to do"

"Yes yes !" thinking I should focus on work for now,

"for this project we need a merger with JP Group," Yoongi says looking into some papers.

"JP Group ?! Isn't it Seokjin's previous company ?"

~Jin~

My phone started buzzing, Chim's calling ? in the afternoon? I pick the call

"Hey Chim...."

"Jin Hyung are you alright ? I haven't heard from you from yesterday I am so worried that I came to your office"

"What ? I am alright Chim, are you here, I'll come to you let's have lunch together and you can meet my friends too"

I get up from my seat dragging Tae and Kookie with me to meet Jimin downstairs. We all go down, I spot him and started walking towards him.

"Jin Hyung" he comes and hugs me.

"Chim, These are my friends Taehyung and Jungguk. Guys this is my roommate and best friend Park Jimin"

"Hi Guys" Jimin extended his hand and greets them. We all walk to the nearby restaurant and sat down talking.

"Jin Hyung, there's a guy in opposite table kept on staring glances at you, I don't know about him but his friend seems cute" Jimin says smirking. I look back to find Namjoon staring at me with Yoongi beside him.

"He's our manager" Tae says, before I could say anything he gets up and invites them over to our table.

They walk towards us and Yoongi sits beside me and Namjoon facing me. I am trying hard to avoid active eye contact with him but I can feel his eyes peircing me. I snap out of it hearing some giggles. Jimin is talking to Yoongi, I look at him and he's blushing.

Yoongi, guy who is ice cold to other people is actually smiling and blushing as Jimin speaks to him. WOW !! Am I the only one here with the issues. Damnit.

"Yoongi Hyung, you should visit us once, we can have a movie marathon. Actually you guys all should come this weekend."

"I'll come but is it ok if Namjoon joins us ?" Yoongi looks at me, suddenly all the eyes on the table are on me. 

"Y...yes he can come, th..this weekend" I say almost in a whisper. I can see a small smile creeping out Namjoon's face showing his dimples, how cute !

"It's set then.. we'll have a house party" Jimin smiles happily looking at Yoongi.

We finish our lunch and say bye to Jimin and go back to finish our work.
