Chapter 13

I got up feeling happy until I remembered what happened to Vision I got up and got ready I grabbed my backpack and started to head downstairs, I walked passed Wanda's room but stoped when I heard her crying her door was open a bit I pushed it open, "Wanda" I said she turned around her face had tears running down them she got up and hugged me "what happened?" I asked but I already knew why she was crying she told me everything "I'm so sorry" I said "it's fine you can't do anything about it you should got going to school" she said I nodded my head.

I got in the car and Happy drove to school, "thanks Happy"I said then shut the door and headed to school I got to my locker and put my stuff away before heading to my homeroom. At lunch I sat with Peter, Ned and MJ "why are you so quite chole?" MJ asked "sorry I was just thing about something" I said, after lunch I was headed to the at when I felt someone grab my arm I turned around and saw Peter "hey I was just wondering if you maybe wanted to hang out sometime today"he said while letting go of my arm "sure that'll be nice" I said and smiled.

Once I got home I went to my room and took my homework out of my backpack and started it, I was half way through it when my phone went off I picked it up and clicked on the new text message.

Peter: hey are you free right now?

Chole: yeah I'm free why?

Peter: I was asking because maybe we could hang out now

Chole: hey sure just give me a little bit to got ready

Peter: sure text me when are done

Chole: okay

I put my phone down and started to look for an outfit to wear tonight with Peter, once I found the right outfit I changed and headed downstairs I sat down on one of the bar stools and texted Peter. I knocked on his door May opened it "hey Chole Peter will be out in a minute" she said I nodded my head and sat down on the couch peter came out of his room a little while later "hey Chole are you ready to go?" He asked "yeah"I said while standing up "bye Anut May" Peter said before we left. We headed to the roof top of his apartment their was an hour until sunset "it's beautiful up there"I said while leaning over the edge "it is isn't it" Peter said we started talking about random stuff I looked up the sun was starting to set I looked at the beautiful view that was in front of me the sky was a shade of pink and purple after it got darker we headed back inside for dinner.

I helped Anut May with dinner we talked about school and she got to know me a little better, I sat the table and helped bring the food over "so what dose your mom do?" May asked I looked up for my food "I never knew my mom" I said "I'm so sorry" she said "it's fine" I said the rest of dinner was silent, I helped clean the dishes with Peter "I'm sorry about your mom" he said "it's fine really" I said I really didn't mind not having a mom I had Nat and Wanda to play the role of my mom. I pulled out my phone and texted Happy, "are you sure you don't want me to walk you out" Peter said "I'm sure Peter thanks for asking" I said and gave him a small smile "bye Peter" I said "bye be careful" he said "bye May" I called before I left "bye Chole be careful" she said I waved and headed to met Happy.

Once we got home I layed down on my bed, I was on my computer when dad walked into my room "hey dad what's up" I said "I wanted to give this to you" he said while taking out a small rose gold necklace and handed to it me "thanks dad it lovely" I said while looking at it, it had avengers logo on it "it's a early birthday present" he said "from all the avengers" he said while standing up "night dad" I said "night kiddo" he said while kissing my head. I layed windend awake in bed I couldn't stop thinking about I I had done to Vision "how could I have done that" I whispered to myself before difting to sleep.
