Kimetsu no Yaiba shorts

Yup! These are like little side stories I make so I hope you enjoy. I will do this from time to time. Yes, this is part of the actual book, so if you don't want to be confused in later chapters ( if it is ever mentioned ), I suggest you read it. Anyway, I hope you enjoy this little short!

~Story 1~

Zenitsu's POV:

I sighed as I lay in my bed. It was already night out and I was waiting for them all to fall asleep. Inosuke and Nezuko where already asleep, and Kaigaku was just about there. As soon as I herd light snores come from his bed I quickly sat up and looked over to my side. Yup. All of them are asleep. Thank god that my bed is next to the door. I quietly got out of bed and got by sword from under the bed. The people here already knew about it since they clean, but I asked them to keep it a secret.  Lucky for me, they agreed. I walked out the door and threw the hallway until I was outside.

I looked down at my bare feet and sighed. I should have gotten some slippers. Oh well. I walked out on the dirt floor and kept at it until I found a pound. Well, it was more like a mini lake. Perfect. Now that I think about it, i'm rather far from the estate, but that doesn't matter. Less chance that they will find me here. The place was surrounded by trees, and other plants that glowed beautifully in the moonlight, but for some reason, no Wisteria. Rather strange. I shrugged it off and took out my sword.

I've had this habit ever since I started training. I would sneak out at night and train on my own.  I wanted to prove that I could be strong even when I am conscious. Well, I guess I just want to learn all the other forms like Kaigaku. I also started working on my own form recently, that is no where near completion. I figured I might as well work on that tonight. I still don't know what I am going to call it though. I am a bit tired but thats fine. I took a deep breath in and started training.

Tanjirou's POV:

I was wandering around when I smelt a strong sent off peaches that always follows the blond boy, Zenitsu? Zenitsu! Yeah! Ever since I became a demon I had a hard time remembering things, but whatever. I watched as he walked past, not noticing I was in the hallway. Is he holding his sword? What for? I followed him secretly until we went to this beautiful place with plants and flowers everywhere. I hid behind a tree and looked over to see him standing in the water. Huh? Suddenly his hair started to move up a bit and steam came out of his mouth. The area around him started to glow and soon lightning came up from him. I stared as the lightning raised up, and in random places, striking and slicing everything. Woah. I have never seen him fight before, much less use a breathing technique.

I noticed that the lighting was starting to form something. It looked like a dragons head? At least, it was going to before it suddenly burst and Zenitsu fell back panting.

" Dang it! I still can't get it right!" He sighed at got up to try again when he flinched at looked directly at me. I pushed behind the tree again, shrinking for extra measure. I heard giggling, and then full on laughing. Huh?

" H-Hey Tanjirou. You know I can see you right?" I froze and came out of my hinding spot, growing to normal size in the process. I looked down to avoid his eye. I would of apologized for following him but my muzzle was on. He looked at me them sighed. I herd water slash around and him step out of it. I looked up to see how sitting at the bank, looking at me. He patted the spot next to him a if you ask for me to sit. I did and looked at him. I just noticed that I am slightly taller than him. Huh.

" Can you...not tell anyone what you just saw?" I looked at him and took off my muzzle. He noticed this and looked at me.

" Yeah. Sure. What was that just now anyway? Was it a form of thunder breathing you are learning?"
