Cooking Class for Mini

The next day Neil went to Mini's house.

Neil: Hi

Mini: Hi! Aao baitho....

They sat on the couch.

Mini: Aaj tum kya seekhaoge mujhe... I was thinking ki pizza banate hai....

Neil: Hold on, hold on.... Pehle mujhe yeh batao ki tumhe banana kya aata hai...

Mini: Mujhe Chai, Coffee aur..... Maggi woh toh sabhi ko hi aati hai.... Bas yahi aata hai abhi toh.

Neil: Simple Roti banani aati hai?

Mini: Nahi... Acha waise Sorry maine tumse pucha nahi.... Tum coffee piyoge?

Neil: Haan... Issi bahane pata bhi chal jayega ki tumhe kis tarah ki training ki zaroorat hai...

Mini made the coffee and offered him... He took one sip from it...

Mini: Batao kaisi lagi?

Neil: 😳

Mini: What happened?

Neil: 😳

Mini: Arre? Kuch toh bolo...

Neil: Yeh kaisi coffee hai? Itni kadwi.....

Mini: Mai toh aisi hi coffee banati hun... Kyun kuch gadbadh hai kya?

Neil: Maine bahut badi galti kardi tumhe haan bol kar......

Mini: Toh tum coffee ko chodo naa.... Hum Pizza banate hai......

Neil: Ek coffee tak toh theek se bana nahi sakti.... pizza kaise banaogi?

Mini: Yaar mai kal itna zyada soch rahi thi ki hum yeh banayenge, woh banayenge....

Neil: Sabse pehle tumhari coffee theek karte hain... Pizza bhi seekha dunga..... abhi coffee theek se banana seekho...

Mini: Ok

They went to the kitchen.

Neil: Arre usse mix toh karo... Isliye kadwi ban rahi thi tumhari coffee.

Mini: Ouch

Neil: Dhyan se karo.... Dekho aise, like this. Do it....

Mini: Ok... Aise?

Neil: Haan aise..... Haan ho gya..... Yeh coffee ghar ke liye achi hai but for the professional one you should add Butterscotch Schnapps on it......

Mini: Tumse pehle mai ek durse restaurant mein gayi thi.... Unhone chocolate add kiya tha........

Neil: 🤯What! How ignorant is that! I mean Chocolate!...... Professional coffee ke liye Butterscotch Schnapps add kiya jata hai..... Kisi ko authentic dishes ki parwa hi nahi hai..... Bandar kya janne adrak ka swad.......

Mini: Arre Calm Down, Tumhare staff ne thodi naa add kiya chocolate........ Waise I don't think ki Chocolate itna bura lagega...... 

Neil: Arre Bahut ganda lagega...... So Unprofessional, So......

Mini: It's just a coffee..... Infact mujhe toh lagta hai ki aise hi theek hai...

Neil: Just a coffee? How can you say that.....

And then they heard a sound.

Mini: Shit! Yeh coffee.....

She turned the gas off.

Mini: You know what? It's all because of you..... Pata nahi kya kya bole jaa rahe ho Butterscotch Schnapps... Chocolate aur bhi pata nahi kya kya...... Mai Photographer hun, Chef nahi jo tum yeh professional aur unprofessional bata rahe ho...... I just want to know ki normally cooking kaise karte hai, As simple as that.....

Neil: Lekin if you want to learn cooking toh tum pura pura seekho naa yeh aadha aadha kyun seekh rahi ho?

Mini: Acha whatever, Achi baat hai ki yeh coffee jali nahi.... Nahi toh saari mehnat kharab ho jati...

They sat on the couch. Neil saw a picture of Arya and Mini.

Neil: (pointing at the photograph) She is your sister?

Mini: Haan... Arya

Neil: Chhote bache kitne innocent aur pyaare hote hai naa...

Mini: Innocent?

Neil: Haan...

Mini: Arre you don't know.... Puri Dadi Amma type hai woh. Jab mai ghar par thi naa toh mai jab bhi Babes ke paas jati thi, she used to come and say "Meri Mumma hai"  Lekin I miss her a lot...

Neil: Babes?

Mini: Babes, My mom

Neil: Oh! So you call her Babes....

Mini: Haan...... Tum bhi batao kuch apni family ke barre mein....

Neil: Mai toh bas apni Mom aur apne Sheru ke saath hi rehta hun.... When I was 10, mere Dad ka accident ho gya aur phir meri Mom depression mein chali gayi thi toh bas phir Mumma ne Music seekhana shuru kara aur.................. Kya hua? Kahaan kho gayi?

Mini: Haan? Nahi, kuch nahi.... 

There were some flashbacks coming in Mini's Mind....

Flashback:

Isha: And kaam toh phir bhi chalta hai but woh naa pura time apni mummy ke paas hi rehta tha and usne mujhe shuru mein bataya tha ki jab uske father ki death hui thi toh uski Mom depression mein chali gayi thi...

Flashback ends

Neil: Okay, so I am getting late... I shall take your leave now.

Mini: Haan...

He left.

At night in Neil's House, he told his mom about Mini and his day with her.

Mrs. Oberoi: (to Neil) Tujhe pata hai aaj Mini Sheru se mili.....

Neil: That's good!

Mrs. Oberoi: Haan....And you know what? Woh ekdum se bhagta bhagta aaya and uske upar aa gya.... Just the same way like you.

Neil: Acha? Waise don't you think ki iss bar isne alag tareeke se react kiya kisi se milte time..... I mean like jab bhi yeh kisi se milta hai toh apne aap uske paas nahi aata.... Specially strangers..

Mrs. Oberoi: Haina? Right. Mai bhi yahi soch rahi thi but I think ki jin logon ko bahut zyada pasand karta hai naa yeh unse aise milta hai..... Jaise jab tujhse mila tha tab bhi aise hi react kiya tha isne. 

Neil: Hmm.

Mrs. Oberoi: So it means, ki Mini is not a stranger anymore, right?😏

Neil: What?

Mrs. Oberoi: Nahi kuch nahi. Phir kabhi, DETAIL mein baat karenge.

 Neil: 😶
