(call to rachy ): doctor there is an emergency...
Rachy: okay ...,
There is an accident in construction site and on highway road,we have ten patients and surgery rooms are full.
(meanwhile Richard came....after getting call)
Rachy: okay..,  nurse stay near operation room and inform me when its free...
nurse jo take some trainees to treat some injury patients...
Dr. Richard you take lead on left side and I will be on ride side patients.
All: okay...
Nurse...check the vitals and bp of the patient..
Vitals are stable but blood pressure is moving down...
It's hypotension...give an saline and iv injection .
Here it is doctor...
Another patient, his respiratory is unstable....(Ambu bag...for intubate) it must be struck off something in throat... injection please ...
Okay doctor..,
Below cartilage for airway...okay send him to ER(emergency) room

Dr.richard I need your help to assist in surgery..,
Dr vivek will take of these patients...
Richard: okay
(atlast I got chance to enter into operation room in this hospital)

Vitals- normal; bp- 110/72
(ready for surgery)

Richard:( her surgery skills are awesome...she can detect the problem easily and close the cut very fastly..)
Rachy: laryngoscopy please.(it's screw that has stuck in throat)
Richie: prepare endoscope and scalpel.
After operation

After three consecutive operations ...rachy took some rest
