Robin and Samus

Samus was Furious, She was just beaten by Robin and Lucina. That's not why she was mad though. She was about to win against Robin after she barely dodged his Thoron until he picked up the used tome and threw it at her. They both had only one lives and Robin was more damaged than Samus but when the book hit her, she went flying out of the arena. How could a book deal that much damage?!?!

"ROBIN!!!!" Samus screamed while running towards the tactician walking down the hallway.
"Oh Samus! What's up? I was just about to get some mead from the snack bar, that battle made me pretty thirsty. Would you like to join me?" Robin asked oblivious to Samus's anger.
"I want an explanation." Samus said through her clenched teeth.
"Uh...Explanation? Explanation of what?" Robin asked confused
"The book. Why is it strong? It's a book for gods sake!!" Samus said trying to calm herself down.
"Oh, my tome? When I can't use it to cast spells anymore, that doesn't necessarily mean it's useless. It can still be used as a projectile and I use the last of it's magic to multiply it's power and impact. It's quite effective."

"That makes sense, so your just another ordinary sorcerer. But you can also use a sword. Still, I guess you're not that special." Samus said
Robin found this offensive. It took a lot of training and reading to get everything to this perfect level. While Samus just used her suit to do everything.
"Samus, please do not say that, it's not quite as easy as you think. It's taken many battles and many hours of reading and practice to use such powerful and complicated tomes effectively." Robin said
"Ha! Nice try tactician, I bet I could become just as skilled as you in no time!" Samus challenged
"You're on! I bet I can use a power suit way better than you!" Robin smiled. Robin was a quick learner, he had been through thousands of classes which made him very adaptable. Samus however, has been used to her power suit and her zero suit only. Yes the power suit had sometimes had different functions and upgrades but it was still the same suit.
"Deal! The lose owes the winner All of their desserts for 3 months! Samus said
"Yeah, you also have to use my swords and wear a coat like mine, since I'm going to get a zero suit and a power suit like yours." Robin added
"Fine, whatever, I'm gonna win" Samus said confidently. Then Samus walked off to get some tomes, swords and a tactician coat.
"Haha! Samus is in for a surprise..." Robin said before walking after her to get his items for the bet.

The next two weeks were very confusing at Smash HQ, Samus had started losing a lot if easy matches Robin was doing the same for a bit, but got used to the suit.Every other Smasher was confused by the switch in the Tactician and Bounty Hunter's move switch. Robin was very upset though, there a few things that he still didn't understand and he had no one he could ask to explain. Some of the rockets he sent out blew up before they hot their target, sometimes they even blew him up.He was left with no other choice. He had to go ask Samus. He had stayed up till 2:50 AM trying to figure the suit out and he decided to get something to drink before he fell asleep. While he was walking through the hallway, he passed the training room and saw a flash of light inside. The flash was to bright to be any arrows. It was just bright enough to someone using a tome though.
"Is Ruby practicing?" Robin asked himself. Robin walked up to the training room door, opened it slowly and snuck in.
"Dammit! I can only use Thunder and Elthunder!" Samus said, slamming her fist into the tome angrily. Samus sighed.
"I'm having a really bad week, I'm angry when I shouldn't be. Ever since Adam died. It's like I lost my father." Samus said sadly. She then shook her head.
"Look at me, gettin all sappy. I need to focus on improvement." Said said, determined on beating Robin.
"Then why don't I help you?" Robin said stepping out from the corner of the room he was hiding in.
"Ah! Thunder!" Samus screamed and tried to cast a spell, frightened by the tactician's sudden appearance.
"Umm....Samus that's an Arcfire tomb." Robin told her, trying hard not to laugh.
"What? Oh...I...knew that..anyways what are you doing here? And how long have you been here?" Samus asked ,blushing at her mistake, and putting down the tome.
"Long enough, anyways would you like me to help you? We can throw off the bet." Robin answered.
"Why? You regretting your choice?" Samus asked smiling
"No, you seem to be having trouble with using the tomes and your sword play is that of a 5-year old." Robin answered back smirking.
"I....Shut up! Did you just come here to make fun of me?" Samus asked annoyed.
"I'm sorry Milady, I didn't mean to offend. My offer stands though. I see no point in continuing this bet with your skills in magic and swordsmanship. It'd simply be unfair. You can still have my deserts if you'd like though." Robin said. Samus sighed again and sat on the floor.
"Alright.. I didn't stand a chance did I?" Samus asked. Robin just sat down next to her and stayed quiet.
"Thought so...I'll take your offer I guess." Samus said looking at Robin.
"Which one? Calling off the bet or me helping you?" Robin asked.
"Both, I'd still like to improve myself. Plus, it's kinda fun, stepping out of what I know and trying something new." Samus replied smiling. Robin chuckled at this.
"You were so angry at me when you started this. Over a book nonetheless!" Robin said smiling. Samus just laughed.
"Yeah, I guess it was pretty funny, so how about everyday at......4 PM we meet here and you train me, and in return I'll help you learn about the power suit. Deal?" Samus asked
"Deal. Now, let's get something to eat yeah? I want some early breakfast." Robin said. He then stood up and held out his hand to Samus. She smiled and took it.
"You read my mind." Samus said still smiling. Then they both set off for one the many kitchens in Smash HQ,
