"DOCTOR, DOCTOR, HE'S AWAKE" Jeongin shouted as he saw Chan slowly open his eyes. Jeongin felt the grip on his hand tighten as a tear fell from his eye. "Channie, god Channie please don't ever do that again, they thought you weren't going to make it."
Jeongin was ushered away from his lover while the doctors crowded around the hazelnut-haired male, running tests on him to make sure he was okay. Jeongin stepped out into the hallway, while the doctors ran the tests, to call the other six.
Soon the hallway that Jeongin was standing in echoed the six fast-paced footsteps of his friends.
Felix was first to say something once they had got to their youngest friend "What do you mean he's woken up, your not making up some sick joke, right?"
Once the doctors had finished their tests they allowed the seven to enter the room. Six of them rushed over to their oldest friend, who was lying in the hospital bed, wires attached to all different parts of his incredibly pale skin only partially covered by the ugly hospital gown he was given when his clothes were cut off of his body. He had lost so much weight from being unconscious for more than a fortnight, skin now hugging his bones, collarbones practically jumping out of the thin restraints of his skin. Dark bags clung to his eyes making him look more and more similar to a zombie.
The six males bombarded the male with questions as if they hadn't seen him for years, those two weeks without Chan had been torturous to all of them. However, none of them understood how heart-wrenching it was for their youngest friend to see the love of his life, his hyung, his rock, his best friend, his everything, fighting for his life. Constantly wondering if that night would be Chan's last. But he understood that the others wanted to talk to Chan so decided to hang back and wait for the rest to leave.
One by one, the others had to leave, eventually leaving Chan and Jeongin in the hospital room. A hoarse voice beckoned Jeongin over to which he quickly complied, sitting down in the uncomfortable circular blue stool. Chan smiled down at his lover, happy to see the man that he was dreaming about whilst unconscious.
"You know" Chan began, "Even in that coma my mind was filled by you, everything I thought about linked back to your beautiful face, it all felt real, it was like back when it happened. Even the night after your graduation, it felt like I was actually kissing your skin." Jeongin playfully hit his boyfriend's words, slightly hiding his face. "Anyway since I felt it my dream, I want to feel it now too." Chan puffed out his lips into a kissy face. The redhead rolled his eyes but complied. The boy decided to give the curly-haired male just a peck to tease him. So that's what he did, but Chan wasn't happy with this and decided to take initiative and wrapped his hand around the back of his lover's neck and pulled him down.
"When I asked for a kiss, I meant this" Chan stated before crashing his lips against the younger's, in a passionate, needy, and loving kiss. Chan glided his tongue along Jeongin's bottom lip, the boy subconsciously opening his mouth from shock. Their tongues began a battle of dominance which Chan, obviously, won. Somehow, Jeongin ended up straddling Chan's lap as they continued to make out, every now and then pulling away to get oxygen.
Chan moved his lips to the younger's neck, as he did on the night of the latter's graduation. Kissing, sucking, and nibbling at the skin, like a vampire. A hungry wolf constantly wanting more.
The older male stopped and pulled away from Jeongin admiring the beautiful boy he called his, the one person he was subconsciously longing for his entire life, the one he wished to spend the rest of his life with, the one he wished to marry, so that's what he decided to do.
"Jeongin, I know this is sudden, and I don't have a ring yet but as soon as I get out of here I will get one. Yang Jeongin, my love, my baby, my everything, will you marry me?"
"What?" Jeongin asked in disbelief. "Marry, me, you, us" He stumbled on his words, not properly being able to articulate a full sentence as he was trying to comprehend the situation he was in. He was in a hospital, swollen lips, marked neck, straddling his boyfriend, and has just been proposed to, not an everyday situation for the now 24-year-old.
"Will you marry me Jeongin?" Chan repeated
"YES, yes, yes, oh god yes"
(A/N: Thats what they said. sorry ill go back to my cave now)
Chan chuckled and said, "Look it's not yet legal for us to get married here but I can fly us to America, we can stay at my grandmother's house, I can sell the place I live now and we can move in together, we can move our office there and continue the company, we can continue our careers, maybe become the nation's power couple, it's also near the end of the year so we can be dispatch's new year couple, we can go on our honeymoon to Bora Bora, and then we can track down my family and get Hannah, Lucas, and Berry and they can all live with us." Chan rambled quickly, Jeongin nodding along with a large grin spread across his face.
"Let's mother fucking do it" Jeongin shouted.
