"H-How was your meeting Sir? Has the case been resolved?" Alyssa held the bundle of files tighter as Darius came out of the court making long strides towards her in his black tuxedo making her heart thrum erratically.

"Not yet, there are some areas which are not transparent enough so there might be a little bit of complications." The petite girl with beautiful shiny hair comparable to honey glaze made a cute pout unknowingly making Darius chuckle in amusement. She had worked the entire night without an ounce of sleep for this who fiasco but now it seems that her efforts were completely in vain.

It had been a month since Alyssa had joined Darius as his secretary, doing internship for college she wished to graduate with the best grades and be the valedictorian so that she could soon join the field of federal judiciary.

This internship was very important to her, learning from one of the geniuses in the field that she wished to achieve great feat in was not a small thing, for getting accepted as his secretary she had to maintain an enormous knowledge about even the smallest of the clues that could give them an edge but time after time she realized as if she was not good enough for this. The fact that she had a huge crush on Darius was even more embarrassing.

"Have you eaten anything Alie?"

"Huh?"

"Have you had some food sweet love?" A burst of pink hue spread on her cheeks and her mouth gaped open when Darius clutched her small palm gently guiding her in the black car.

"I-I h-have-no, sorry"

"I looked at the notes you have prepared and you have done a great job sweetheart, so much so that I am concerned that others might snatch you away from me..." The dark look in his eyes made the little girl wide eyed.

".....Alyssa, you know whom you belong to, right?" The vibrations in his deep rich voice and the intensity with which he looked at her made the girl feel hazy yet alert. Was her mind playing tricks on her or has he really displayed a streak of possessiveness before her as if from the entire vortex a small amount of aura has leaked out.

"Y-Yes!" She squeak before twiddling with her fingers unable to control her emotions from being displayed openly......she liked him a bit too much.

"Let me feed you today alright?"

She could not help but nod her head like a baby as they drove to the nearest Wendy's store available. A big burger with smiley decorated on top of it with French fries and three sachets of tomato sauce made her look at him with big expressive eyes.

"I have to know what you love Alie since you belong to me." HIs fingers threaded through her strands making her breath hitch before his lips made contact with the corner of her mouth spreading such sweetness that all the world paled in comparison.
