Jennifer Lopez + Ben Affleck

breakups are always tough, but Jennifer was eviscerated after this one. She really thought she and Alex could build something. But they just fell out of love. The respect of still there, but the "in love factor" was not. You know the whole drama surrounding the relationship made it worse. The kids were super affected by it and it killed Jennifer that she wouldn't be able to see Tashi and Ella. 

the story wasn't so black and white, it was true that Alex had DMed Madison but never cheated. Jennifer kind of did the same thing too, by talking to Ben. Both might have sexually not cheated, but emotionally felt disconnected from each other. 

Jennifer was in the shower, letting the hot water fall on her, trying to take the pain away. she was evaluating the breakup and finally, let tears fall after putting on a strong facade for the kids. It happened again, she thought another failed attempt. 

Once she got out of the shower, her phone rang. It was Ben, unknowingly that put a smile on her face. both of them never had closure, their love was crazy, but he was battling with his crazy monsters back then and the paparazzi mixed together with that spelled recipe for disaster. Jennifer picked up the call. 

ben said, "Hi Jennifer" she replied with a greeting too. Just by the tone of her voice, he could make out something was wrong. Don't get it twisted if it was you and me, we would not even get a hint, but you are talking about Ben, a person who still, yes I said it still, loves Jennifer beyond you can imagine. He immediately questioned if something was wrong, and  she replied, "No nothing is wrong why would you think like that?" But he knew on the inside that Jen was lying, she was putting up a strong front like always. He further pushed her but did not get a concrete answer, so left the topic for the moment. 

their conversation then took a lighter note as they were talking about the most random things on the planet like what if a donkey had a human but and wore a bikini. As soon as Ben said that, Jennifer burst out laughing. She needed that laugh, it had been ages since she had done that. Ben just looked at her on FaceTime and couldn't help but admire how beautiful she looked when she laughed, especially the part when she scrunched her nose. It was only then he realised that he wanted to make her happy every single second she was awake. And so he started,", Jen, I love it when you laugh..." Jennifer just looked down and smiled. he continued," I know you need a break, how about we go on a vacation, only you and me, to relax and have fun? no paparazzi no responsibilities. Just fun., " Jennifer still shocked by his sweet ask, blushed and said Yes. 

I mean what could go wrong right, two people who still love each other, in one house on the hills with the most beautiful view? I mean you can expect long conversations, laughter, some heart-to-heart and maybe sex...
