"Ooh. Now that was neck cracking." I said waking up.

Suddenly, there was a loud yell from a nurse who sat right beside me. She ran out as if she'd been freaked out.

I looked around. I was in a hospital. I shook my head trying to remember what happened before this. All I could remember was the catastrophe Ramson and I caused at Energy Corp.

A few minutes later, a doctor walked in.

"So it's true." He said surprised, and walked over to a machine whose cables had been pierced into my back, and I couldn't even feel it.

Suddenly smoke started erupting from the machine, and the machine blew up. The doctor fell to the ground, and was helped back up by the nurse. He shifted his glasses, looked at the machine and looked back at me.

"Are you okay?" The nurse asked.

No reply followed.

At the end of the day, around 8PM, I was sent home, with some clothes. The doctor explained everything to me that, after the explosion, the reporters had been carried to his hospital with the hope that he might revive them. It was now that I realised how foolish I'd been for not asking him about Ramson.

"Oh my gosh, you're not dead." Mom said kissing my whole face when she saw me at the door "You scared me."

"So, what went wrong?" Vivian asked once we were in our room.

"It was our fault. Ramson and I, it was our fault." I said squeezing my hair with my arm.

"How?" She asked.

"We were drunk. I . . . I dropped the bottle of whisky, and, and, and alcohol triggers the . . . the Tyralium."

She held my arm and placed it on her lap, "Calm down."

"It was our fault, it was our fault." I repeated.

"Were Desmond and Nathaniel there?"

"No, no. It was just Ramson and I."

"How's he?"

"I . . . I don't know. That's what bothers me."

My eyes had turned red. All of a sudden, my body felt heavier than ever, and my head started to ache.

"You okay?" She asked noticing that my eyes were gradually closing, as if I was exhausted.

"I just, I just need a sleep." I said placing my head on the pillow.

Yesterday I got to school so early, I didn't even realize I hadn't eaten. At least, Nathaniel was there. He kept me company, and I asked him a lot of questions about Ramson. The only answer that came after every question was, 'I don't know.'

But how could I survive. I was right in front of the Tyralium when it exploded.

"Yo." Nathaniel called "What's wrong with your arm?"

With a confused face, I looked down at my arm. It kept shaking vigorously. So fast that I could barely see my arm. I held my arm trying to stop it.

The surprising thing that happened was, the table collapsed the moment my arm had touched it. Luckily there weren't a lot of students around to witness what had happened.

Those who were in the class by then just gazed at me. I quietly walked out, without saying a word.

What got me more nervous was the fact that Ramson, and Desmond hadn't shown up.

School was over, and Nathaniel and I decided to walk over to Ramson's house to see what kept him away from school.

His parents told us they hadn't seen him, but he'd left for school this morning. Nathaniel and I now decided to avoid letting Ramson's parents know he skipped school.

I was so relieved Ramson, and no other person died due to our stupidity. If anyone died, it would've been all our fault.

Nathaniel and I walked down the streets towards downtown. Gradually, we'd to give up and head back home, but as we headed back, we heard electric sparks from a street light, a few houses away from us.

"What's it, Nat?" I asked Nathaniel.

"Checking . . ." Nathaniel said, looking at the house, which was right beside us.

OH SHIT!!!

Did I forget to tell you? Nathaniel and Desmond were the only Titans among us. Yeah. Titan is this sickness that came to this Earth out of nowhere about 6 or 7 years ago. It gave people who had weak immune systems superpowers, and killed those with sickle cells. It normally affected children. I know, weird right?

Nathaniel, and Desmond had powers, which I wouldn't describe as cool.

Nathaniel had the power to see through opaque objects as far as you can think of, and Desmond had the weirdest power. He could actually see into the future. Well, it's more like revelations in his day or night dreams, showing him what might happen a few days, weeks, months, or years later. The weird part was his revelations were normally incomplete. He's like this psycho half Oracle. It's mostly annoying, because you'd actually want the full shit, right? Not a half information about your future leaving you so many things to think about.

"Ramson?" He said, after he'd watched through the buildings "What the fuck! C'mon Jrae."

He took to his heels, and I followed him.

It was a long way, but we eventually got to where all the commotion was happening at. It was Desmond and Ramson, on a street light, probably trying to remove something.

"What the fuck are you two doing there?!" I yelled.

"Keep it down." Ramson whispered "We're gonna throw Principal Butt one of his birthdays. It's gonna be epic." He said excitedly.

I looked at them and shook my head with a smile.

Nathaniel and I decided not to help them in case they got into trouble. We just headed back home.

Back in my room, things got even weirder. First, my head started to pain, then my arm started to shiver, causing everything in the room to rise into the air. Vivian ran out to call Mom and Dad, but the moment they got to the room, everything seized, and the things fell back on the ground, scattered.

"What's wrong, Vivian?" Mom asked "What have you two done?" She asked looking at the scattered stuff on the floor.

Dad just walked away, holding his head

"I want you two to clean this room up, gosh." She sighed, walking away.

"What was that?" Vivian asked after Mom was gone.

"I . . . I don't know?" I answered taking the stuff from the ground.
