You sat on the train, heading home from work. It sucked that you had to work on a Saturday. Droplets of rain trickled down the glass. The sun was slowly setting but you could hardly see it behind the dull clouds. You let out another sigh, picking at the band-aid on your forearm.
You were relieved that you were going home. You were also relieved that you can see your girlfriend.
Earlier you went to the Redbox outside of the rundown grocery store and rented a movie that you found interesting. You planned on watching it later once ENA got home from exchanging something with her friend, Moony.
You hopped off of the train once you reached your stop. You strolled down the street to your apartment and unlocked the door.
You immediately shut it and sat on the couch to take a quick breather.
The street commotion was beginning to irritate you so you shut the windows. You went to the bathroom and looked through the cupboards. You grabbed the box of band-aids and swapped out the dirty ones with clean ones.
You were assaulted by one of your coworkers. Somehow you got in trouble instead of him. Luckily you weren't fired but you were separated from each other + given extra work to do.
You have been trying to cover the scrapes and bruises from your girlfriend. It was difficult when she was somewhat clingy. If she were to discover what happened it would for sure stress her out.
You turned around as soon as you heard the clicking of the door.
"Salutations, dear!" ENA waved from the doorway.
"Hi, love." You grinned. ENA walked towards you and threw her arms around your shoulders. You stiffened a little bit and slowly wrapped your arms around her torso.
